Room too noisy at night. Too much bright light coming in. Would be nice to have blackout shades. The communication with the check in person was challenging due to the inability to communicate at all in English.

Location to the beach was great. Nice big room and bathroom. Clean. Communication with the owner was very effective through the booking sight. She responded promptly and always provided what we needed.

The location is fantastic, simply unbeatable! The room was charming, the bed was comfortable and everything was very nice and clean. The breakfast was served in a common area, and was good. It was the only time you actually met the other guests, and it was nice.

The Wi-Fi was spotty at times. A small refrigerator might be nice to keep leftovers in the room.

The breakfast was excellent, beautiful building and location. Lucia was great, so sweet and kind, provided everything I needed. The bed was really comfortable and the rooms filled with beautiful furniture with plenty of space for my stuff.

The rooms are part of a larger flat, which also consists of several common rooms and a balcony towards the sea right above the beach promenade. All rooms especially the common areas seem like a living museum, lovely kept in its original state as a representative bourgeois family home. It is a delight to explore all the details of the apartment. The staff is very obliging.

the only downside is that in the evening can be very noisy due to the location, but was already expecting that so wasn’t a surprise. overall I can’t complain as I wanted sea view and close to the beach so I had what I wanted!

The parking lot is not far, but to go there you have to pay attention to the city street numbers: on main street there are at least 3 sections with different names (written in very small letters, unreadable while driving), and each has a n°28! Trust your GPS!

Excellent breakfast in the library room with a view on the sea. The appartment is elegantly decorated and located on the seafront in the middle of the pedestrian city centre, with many restaurants and shops all around.

The sign is very small, so I walked past it several times before calling the host. It is not possible to have a bigger sign, but it would have been useful to warn that the sign is so small.

In the dining room/lounge there was a TV in the middle of the room that didn't fit at all. It didn't fit the B&B aesthetic at all and should not be placed among board games, books, and an amazing view. If there are guests that would like to enjoy sports games or a movie, maybe the TV can be rolled out for them and put away when it's not in use.

The breakfast was amazing, there was definitely something for everyone to enjoy. It was a more traditional continental breakfast spread rather than a small Italian breakfast. The coffee was of course great!

Breakfast. We expected real Italian coffee and it was pod coffee in a machine. Mainly cakes and sweet things with children’s cereals and no healthy muesli. Canned fruit! In Italy in August! The yoghurt tasted peculiar to both of us. Maybe it had been left out in the heat. This is my only complaint. Otherwise I loved the property
