Four flights of stairs could be difficult with baggage - but it is worth the climb!

We stayed as a family and I recommend it. Could sometimes hear the people upstairs a bit but not too much.

One of my best stay in Europe. It’s wonderful to have access to such a beautiful historic property, yet it is equipped with all modern amenities. Staff was helpful as well.

Everything was perfect! No reason for me to complain.

It is a place that looks much better in reality than in the pictures on the website. The location is very good, we needed just 30 minutes in order to reach San Marco square by foot. In the apartment we found all the utilities , which we needed. If I were to travel to Venice again, I would choose the same location. Mille gazie to Francesco! :)

It was easy to locate, in a central part of the city. a host met us to hand over the keys and tell us about the apartment, we felt safe, it was comfortable and we were able to do laundry!

The location is perfect to be within 10-15 minute walks from everything. Our host Francesco was fantastic and we’d definitely recommend staying here again. The hidden gems are the two private terraces you have access to. We all loved our stay here.

Everything was just fine. The wiring/lights were a puzzle to figure it out, but fine.

Perfect quiet location near everything, if you don’t mind walking 1 mile or less to Doge palace, Realto and St. Mark; about 0.3 miles to the Piazza Romana. Near vaporetto station too.

Building was beautiful, really loved it, so old and Venetian. Lovely quiet enough location within easy reach of everything. Having the terrace to sit out on was icing on cake.

The property was great! the apartment was in a traditional Venetian property, and was well decorated and clean. we had plenty of space and loved the fact that it opened onto a canal. Our host was brilliant. very helpful and friendly.

No kettle! But that is not a fault of the appartments. There is a KW limit which I asssume is for venice in general and a kettle would have run over that. We boiled water in a saucepan and made tea/coffee that way.

Location! Away from the hussle and bustle but near many restaurants shops and a close coop, it is a 20 min walk to the square but closer to almost everything else. . Finding the appartments was easy thanks to the host being there in the doorway as almost mistakenly walked past the first time. Spacious appartment, good showers, roman bath was great. Well stocked kitchen and we didn't need any other utensils or cutlery for the stay. Even had a peculator and we brought local ground coffee to go with breakfast every morning. The ground floor appartment had windows looking over the canal in the living room, you would often see gondolas and others float by. Lastly, but not least, the staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful.

What we really liked was that we really experienced being in Venice in an authentic way. True Venetian gem, the apartment is outfitted in traditional style, but remodeled and comfortable to modern standards. It is clean and cozy. The apartment is 10-15 minutes walk from any points of interest, and far enough from the hustle and bustle of the tourist places. Just around corner is Campo San Giacomo with super nice restaurants and cafés, grocery store and bakery. Francesco was really helpful and super nice and friendly, went out of his way to make us feel welcome and happy. Thank you 🙏

One thing that was a little disappointing was that there there were no toiletries (bath gel, shampoo, conditioner) available, but it was okay because we had our own. But typically in my experience with vacation apartments in Italy, these toiletries are provided. Also, there were just enough towels for each person - and no hand towels for the bathroom or kitchen. And there was no coffee provided - which can kind of dampen your morning, if you are used to having coffee first thing!

Location is perfect! Close to bus and train stations, as well as the things you want to see in Venice. Self-Check-In was a breeze, and Francesco was very communicative and quick to respond! The apartment is traditional Venetian style and very charming - the private terrace overlooking the canal is *chef's kiss*. My group was 4 adult friends, and the space was great. Francesco even allowed us to store our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient and helpful since our flights were not until later in the day. The kitchen was well supplied, and it was wonderful to enjoy a bottle of wine on the terrace each night! And having the washer was a treat so we could do some laundry before heading home (there is a drying rack supplied, but no electric-dryer). I definitely would return to this accommodation again, and recommend to those travelling with families and friends.
