Very available and responsive host. Spacious flat, easy walkable to anywhere in the center.

Really nice place just next to the center of Palermo. Everything ist new and clean. The whole house consists of only three apartments. Parking in the street for free. Has a balcony, kitchen, nice bathroom, lots of towels. Only some shower gel was missing. Check in was clear and easy. Great location as its only 5 minutes walk to Quattro Canti.

Everything was fine. Coffee capsules could be a nice bonus to use a coffee machine.

Comfortable apartment near the city center and the train station. There was everything needed in the apartment, and a nice small balcony. Responsive and pleasant host, very clear instructions for check in.

It was all good.

Everything! Easy communication with host and friendly welcome. It was easy to find, near the railway station, easy walking to historic centre (and Lidl!). On first floor. Spotlessly clean and fresh. Spacious, well equipped. Wifi and aircon worked well.

The bed isn’t the most comfortable but it’s all right for a few days. The apartment only has one little window at the top of the door but it is enough for a little dose of fresh air.

The apartment has a great location! It’s near the main street of Palermo and all the main sights. The self check in is also very convenient. The apartment is clean and has everything one would need. The bathroom is great, the kitchen has a lot of amenities and it also has 2 TVs.

We loved the way the host made everything we asked for true. We were a bit scared at first because our flight was delayed, but the host enabled us to check in later than planned. The studio was clean and very nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay there very much. When we left, we forgot some personal items at the studio. The host was extremly kind and brought the items to us.

Very cosy apartment, has everything you need, also has great location and If you are visiting Palermo this apartment is the best deal for you! Hosts were perfect during our stay, gave us recommendations and were very easy to communicate with. If we ever travel back to Palermo, we know who to call :)

Giovanni was a great host. The accommodation is very close to the central train station. Close to sight seeing sights, restaurants nearby, and 2 mins to the supermaket. Comfortable bed and great shower.

This place was so clearly carefully organized to provide and excellent stay. Care and attention to detail was evident. The shower was awesome. The coffee provided was very much appreciated. The terrace was sweet and the location was excellent! We highly recommend this place for your stay in Palermo.

Close to the grocery store (Lidl) and within walking distance of all the attractions of Palermo (city). It is also very close to the train station.

good location, just 5 minutes from the main station, and at short walking distance from all main city attractions. The hosts Giovanni and Alessandro were attentive and always very easy to communicate with. The flat was net refurbished, appliances and furnitures were new and it was very clean.

Depending on the street and time of arrival, it can feel a bit unsafe but I guess it is part of the Palermo's experience/vibe. I would recommend to the host to check some small details in the cleaning of the room like carpets and toilet. Lastly, it felt a bit weird for us to not have a security door (the door closes with a normal key) and a shutter for the balcony that would close entirely. All fixable things overall!

Central location, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel available. All renewed, super modern shower and a/c. The towels smelled nice. The host is always available to assist. We also truly appreciated the two free coffees (we were 2 for 2 nights). Also, the possibility to buy a coke or a beer from the fridge for a quick refreshment. Lastly, it is super close to the grociery store Lidl and easy to find from the central station.
