They make a great breakfast, homemade limoncello, the really gave us a good time. And even took us back to the train station. The real Calabria :). I recommend to visit the cascata il vuglio. You can rent a bike in the Village at ciclone. Walk the last part.

United States22 reviews2 helpful votes“Wonderful surprises everywhere....don't let Google Maps fool you!”Understanding exactly where to go to park and where the house was challenging at first but follow the signs and know that there is single-arm gate that must be opened by the host.
Looking at Google maps and in the initial drive to the property we were thinking we would be in a very plain place that just happened to be on our way from Amalfi to Sicily. What a great surprise. Although we had a little difficulty understanding exactly where we were going at the end the of the street when the host opened the gate to drive to the house, everything suddenly looked better. The house is beautiful and fully modern. There is an awesome shared kitchen and the room was large and spacious. We struggled a bit figuring out to pull the handle up in the shower to get the water on, but the beds were large, harder than preferred...which is the norm here, and there was plenty of space. Everything was new and clean. In the morning, a whole new world of good surprises. There was a fantastic view of the ocean, the outside of the house was cheery and bright and neighbors were even nice! The breakfast was great. The host make cake and hot croissants that were delicious. There was some amazing apple juice (and that's saying a lot for someone who never drinks apple juice and doesn't like it) that should be bottled!! The hosts were delightful and helpful and it was a great place to stay. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
