My stay in Casa del Teatro was very nice. Communication with Dannj was super easy and he is a great host with fantastic tips from Mantova. The location is amazing, breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and spatious. I would definitely reccomend it and if I go back to Mantova, I will stay there again!

Excellent service from start to finish, Dannji sent a series of WhatsApp messages in the run up to our booking explaining various things, including very clear directions and check-in instructions. Room was lovely with nice welcoming touches (chocolates and snacks) and was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of different pastries etc each day. Location was great, right next to Theatre, 10 minutes walk from train station and Ducal Palace and 20 mins walk to Palazzo Te. Dannji was happy to give sightseeing tips based on local knowledge, we felt very well looked after.

Really wonderful B&B with a lovely feel. The location was central but very quiet. The breakfast was delicious with lots of local produce and freshly baked goods. The Host was very kind, generous and helpful with excellent communication.

Our host was so helpful and attentive! The B&B looks newly painted and redone in a sweet way. It is a bit of a walk to the ducal palace. There is an elevator in the B&B. The bed was excellent and room was quiet.

Large, comfortable room, whirlpool bathtub, minibar Very attentive owner, gives all the tips about Mantova Wifi works well Check-in done via cell phone and there is a code to enter the building. Danny was a the perfect host, every morning the breakfast table included a local food treat, sbriscolona one day, a pear torta with a layer of chocolate through the middle to bomboloni another. A lovely selection of cheese and salumi every morning, beautiul bread, croisants you name it. And Danny makes stunning 'hot' cappuccino too. Always full of helpful advice. Wish we had stayed for a week. Very convenient to all things.

Hotel is inside ztl so bags cannot be dropped off and a 7 minute walk from car park with your bags is required. Lift is extremely temperamental and seems not to operate at night

Room was comfortable and functional with two singles pushed together. Breakfast is simple but plentiful. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Location is very good for core sights in the old centre

The location is great. This place is only a couple of minutes walking distance away from the old city centre. The host was very kind and he would ask you for your wishes before you have breakfast. Breakfast, by the way, is very good. The place is extremely clean.

The car park was a little too far with a lot of luggage and extremely hot weather. But if travelling light and cooler temperature would be fine.

Perfect location. Excellent accommodation. Great food. The host, Dannj was so helpful, especially sending videos of the access in advance, including secure storage of our bicycles. There is so much to see in this beautiful city. Would definitely recommend.

Would have liked a balcony but we knew that there wasn`t one so can`t complain.

Everything was very good. Good size room , enough breakfast and a pleasant host. Near to the center of town and lots of cafes and restaurants.
