Everything was perfect!

Everything about this place appealed to us. A bit off the beaten track but very accessible for shopping. The property is delightful, comfy bed, hot shower and spacious. Alessandro and his wife were very kind and helpful giving us a map and directions to find authentic cuisine and a second hand warehouse selling furniture and all things Italian. Breakfast was delicious and made to order by Alessandro. We enjoyed our coffee beside a wood fire. Just perfect! We will certainly be back.

From the moment we steped in the house, it was obvious the hosts did a lot, with love and pation, taking care on a details to make the place you feel like your own home. And more. For those who want to enjoy in the real hospitality, spend time in a unique place where you can back to the past asking Alessandro about the history of the house, I highly reccomend to visit the place. Room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, bathrroom spacious, and we felt like beeing end living a peace of time how it was hundred years ago. Amazing! Thank you Eleonora and Alessandro for the great stay and hospitality. Keep going on with the same pation and love, and enjoy in what you are doing. We really enjoyed. And will come back for sure.

Some of the best hospitality I have received in Italy. Incredibly clean and absolutely beautiful space exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was lovely too and hosts are clearly passionate and proud of their place.

Loved everything. If you want to be able to walk to a restaurant, it’s probably not the place for you but there could be a couple of trattoria options nearby. Within 3 miles. there’s plenty.

This renovated farm house/country home couldn’t be better. The setting and facilities are excellent. The hosts are very helpful and kind. The breakfast was excellent. The environment couldn’t be better fir comfort and relaxation. We love the history of the place.

Can’t say enough about Casa della Fornace. Clean, cosy, quite place to stay. Breakfast - exceptional! Owners are so nice (waited for us until late in the evening). City of Palmanova is very close, 10 min drive away (ask the owners for restaurant recommendations). Very satisfied with the stay. Bravo for the owners and their crew!

I loved the friendliness and openness of the hosts. The B&B is beautifully decorated and in a very good condition. I stayed in a single room which was sufficiently equipped and in a decent size. The bathroom was spacious and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was amazing as I was asked what my preferences were and then catered for with fresh high quality products. Love to come back!

Lovely place with Italian atmosphere. Owners take great care of their guests and serve brilliant breakfasts (mostly Italian-sweet style but with some great additions like homemade frittata and amazing bread). It's located in a small village in very quiet neighbourhood, everything needed is close (restaurants, shops etc) but requires having car or bicycle.

You can’t say something negative - only that we did not stay longer!

The most lovely place with friendly hosts! A unique B&B that is one of the most wonderful places we have stayed. Close to a lot of landmarks and 30 min from the coast. Furthermore: Extremely clean, nice rooms; lovely rich breakfast and the most helpful hosts.
