The living room/sofa is not very comfortable and the utensils in the kitchen are not very good. but more than enough! still everything perfect

Really nothing frustrated me, lovely lovely place

The place is really nice! The pictures do not show how wonderful and well-thought the place is. Everything is good quality, clean and comfortable. The host is amazing! I arrived very late at night, and the host still met me and kindly gave all the advice for local things to do(like strange breakfast I like 😄) they even had ginger and lemon tea! The view is nice - with the mountains from the windows. And the location is good- very central, close to the station, close to the lake. Highly recommend this place.

The location of this apartment is ideal, on a higher floor which meant it was quiet, from the balcony you had a good view of the hillside (you are in a group of apartments so do also see these, but that was not a problem). It was a short 5-10 minute walk to the Doumo and the town itself, and a 15 minute walk to the waterside and its restuarants and the Funicolare. On parking if you use the EasyPark app. you can find street parking costs easily, we parked up the hill (Via Zezio - 5-7 minute walk) and it was €12 Euro per day, but if you go out just stop the app. and start it again when back so you only get charged for when you park. We were really pleased with the apartment facilities and it was much bigger than we had expected, the photo's on the site do not do it full justice. The kitchen was ideal as it had an oven and hob and great size fridge/ freezer for our purposes. (Even a good coffee machine, though as we did not know this we had taken our own!). The shower is good, it takes a bit of time to warm up and could be hotter, but as it was very hot while we were there it was also quite refreshing. As there is no parking on site we asked to bring the car in to the car area at the front to load our luggage which was fine. This is a great place to visit and we had a great time, but even more we were very comfortable when in the apartment. Thanks very much.

A little warm in the heat of summer! Thankfully there was a fan provided and we managed with opening windows and using the fan.

Gorgeous suite! Pics didn’t do it justice. Great kitchen, large dining space, really nice bathroom. Very secure building. Nice view of the hillside. Very nice hosts. Decent location.

Only thing that I would add is that there was not a hair dryer- however this is a very minor thing.

Francesco was quick at replying to messages and gave us a warm welcome on our arrival. He gave us a quick tour of the flat to show us the facilities. We also had a bottle of wine, coffee/tea and snacks on arrival! As for the flat itself, it was probably my favourire rental! This was practically a designer flat and therefore amazing value for money. It was modern and homely with beautiful furnishings and high attention to detail. It was also spacious and well equipped with all the kitchenware and cleaning supplies you would need, as well as some bathroom supplies. The winning aspect was the view- every room had insanely gorgeous mountain views and you could sit out on the living room balcony. We are very grateful for being able to stay here and would 100 percent recommend it to anyone.

Very friendly host, they welcomed us with a bottle of wine, very clean accomodation, they helped us in any situation allthough not talking in english. Very good location, unbeliavable view from every single room in this appartment.

The washing machine was not functioning properly but it was possible to select another type of wash and it was working ok.

Everything. The apartment is better than on the pictures. It's very spacious, clean, and has almost everything that we needed. The view is amazing.

The only little downside was, that we were there in the biggest heatwave w/o AC, so the flat got really hot. But nobody expected the temperatures to go so high.

The apartment was sparkling clean, wonderfully furnished, close to the center, with an amazing view! The host was easy to communicate with, check in/ check out very comfortable. We felt like at home, there was every facility you may need during your stay!

Very spacious and clean apartment. Superwarm welcome by Francesco - the father of Marco. 5min walk to the Duomo. You can easily darken the rooms with rolling shutters.

Super super noisy! The neighbours upstairs have young children and you can hear absolutely everything from running to crying. There is also a neighbour on the same floor who has a dog that barks 24/7. The kitchen is missing a dishwasher and the sofa in the livingroom is a fold out bed which isn’t very comfy.

Great location, super comfy bed, powerful shower, beautiful views of the mountain and a very friendly host!! Also really liked the decor!
