Nothing it is is all perfect!

Very spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed, coffee machine, tea, milk, soap, shampoo, etc. It is newly renovated, very secure, and well equipt. It is in the perfect place, very close to the main centre with restaurants, supermarkets, laundry, and ferries. The train station is only a short walk away. Our host was SO helpful with tips and advice on recommendations about seeing the area, travel arrangements, and anything else we needed.

The apartment was described exactly as it was. The lady meeting us at the reception was extremely supportive and exceeded our expectations by giving us all information we needed including lake boats timetable, best restaurants in the neighborhood even discount card for the grocery next door. Thanks for all your help!!!

Central location, quiet, but near lively piazza to eat, have Gelato and shop. Close to lake, with grocery shopping right next door. Beautiful terrace. Very warm and welcoming staff. Accomadating with children- offered travel bed and highchair.

Can't think of any negatives to our stay!

Accommodation was of a very high standard. Well appointed and spotlessly clean. Our host was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed and gave us some very useful tips about places to visit and sights to see. We even got a discount card for shopping at the well stocked supermarket next door! Our questions were answered very promptly and professionally too. Excellent customer service from booking to checking out. Highly recommended. Thanks again.

Nothing all good

We were late arriving due to train delays, and Susie waited for us. Can't thank her enough. This apartment was brilliant, very spacious,comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The location was excellent, and being next door to a supermarket was just brilliant. Susie even organised a discount at the store. We can highly recommend these apartments and would definitely stay here on our next visit to Stresa.

Amazing location and perfect clean apartment with great facilities. Suzy was really welcoming and took the time to recommend activities to us and provided maps, timetables and a carrefour discount card which was ideal.

Nothing, there were no ceiling lights in the room but the host Suzy helpfully provided us with a further light for which we were very grateful.

All of our needs were met.

The location was town centered, convenient to the ferry, train station, restaurants, bakery , shopping and grocery store. Suzy was always available to answer any questions & provide help as needed. The staff was friendly & accommodating.

A light over the dining table would have been good. It felt a bit dark.

Well set up. Great view from balcony. Susy was very helpful with advice about what activities were on in the off-season and she arranged a taxi for me when I needed one. A big help!

Casa diverio was all perfect. Thankyou suzie for all your help and advice and organising taxi services. Everything we needed in 2 lovely apartments for our group of 6 friends. Location in historic centre so close to walk to everything. Restarants ,groceries, laundry ,lake boats, train. Appartments the best we had during our 5 week trip around Italy. In Sept. Will stay again if we are in the area. Stresa on Lake Magiorre is a wonderful place to be based on the lake. Thankyou so much Suzie for your hospitality and such beautiful accommodation. nothing everything was great

The host Susy was wonderful, very helpful, gave us loads of ideas to make our stay in Stresa better. We were able to use the appartement before 14h as it was ready and stay later on our final day as it wasn’t needed right away. Great as we didn’t have to carry our cases with us on the last day.
