I wish breakfast started earlier. It began at 8am and I had to be at work by 8.45.

The location is amazing. The staff are very helpful, in particular Linda and Andreas. The communal lounge is a wonderful space. The breakfast is very yummy. I will stay here again, it has great ambience.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Rooms a great size and beautiful. Good breakfast, all day coffee station and a fab honesty bar for the evenings. Amazing location and easy to access the station but also central Florence.

For the amount of money paid I was surprised that the reception is only open until 4pm and after then there is no assistance. The room was the smallest room I have ever been in my life. I could touch the front door with my feet from my bed. Ridicolous expensive for the size of the room.

The breakfast buffet was fabulous & very rich however being two celiacs traveling we found the gluten-free options & the attention to it by the restaurant staff limited. But this would not stop us from choosing Casa G again if we were to return to Florence in the future.

Linda and her team were amazing! The email communication before we got there and when greeted was exceptional. We loved the location and felt we could walk everywhere. The breakfast was outstanding! We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and would definitely come back.

The hotel is right in the city center! The staff, design and layout is absolutely perfect! Would 100% recommend!

Florence is a busy city round the clock. We recommend the rooms on the quieter sides of the building. Also, and this is not Casa G's fault, mosquitoes were ubiquitous even in the winter, so bring your own lotion as the provided mosquito repellent device failed to intimidate those pesky zanzare.

The location is excellent, not too far from SMN station but far enough, too. The interior decoration is very stylish and given how quiet and laid back the place is, this can feel very much like you own place in Florence. We had friends visiting over and appreciated the spacious communal lounge room with wine and drinks available at the honor bar. Plus: a wonderful welcome from Linda!

Perfectly located 5 mins walk from the tram stop that comes directly from the airport! Don’t take a taxi….€1.80 per person on the tram and it’s so easy! The hotel is small and intimate, very clean and smells fantastic, which is a big change for some more frustrating places I’ve visited recently. Breakfast is lovely, beds are super comfortable, rooms are a perfect size, staff are lovely and very helpful….what more to say!

I liked the fact that the hotel is located in the city center on a clean and wealthy street. And the service is excellent. The breakfast is delicious, especially the sun-dried tomatoes and cheeses. And the buffet has coffee and tea, pies and fruit around the clock. And I especially like the aroma in the hotel! royally!

Liked everything.

Beautiful building in best location and convenient for railway station. It is situated in fantastic shopping area and easy access to the sights of Florence. The decor and faculties were gorgeous and breakfast was fantastic.

Everything was perfect. Only thing that could be added is a smart tv with Netflix. The room was so beautiful we enjoyed spending time there when we weren’t exploring the city!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean, really immaculate. Amazing, friendly service but a lot of privacy and peace and quiet. Lovely breakfast and amazing living room space for afternoon tea or drinks. Just perfect!

Fantastic location in the city center and within a short walking distance to the train station. Wonderful breakfast with lots of delicious, homemade choices. It's thoughtful that they always leave a snake out for guest in the lounge in case they'd like a tea or wine break in the afternoon. The staff are super friendly, reliable and honest. I had forgotten a necklace there once, and they found and kept it safe until I returned to Florence. Another time I needed to prolong my stay and they made the effort to accommodate me the extra days. I've stayed multiple times in various rooms and each one is clean, cozy and decorated in a slightly different contemporary style.
