Central location but very quiet when the shutters closed. Beautiful big old building. The host has thought of everything. Plenty of food & drinks left to make a breakfast before setting out for the day

Location was a little far away from main part of Florence but we could see a new tram system being installed that went to the apartment

Its location, cleanliness, decor and provision of breakfast/ snack and beverage items . We had a query regarding the air conditioning which was resolved immediately. We were kept informed all the time regarding check in process. The availability of a luggage storage room was a great bonus as we could leave our stuff and get into Florence immediately. A nice touch was the snacks left for our use as we went out and about. Overall a great facility for our trip.

There was no issue with this place and I could come back for a longer stay another time. There was some construction work on the street during our stay but they didn't start too early so it didn't bother us much.

The room was very comfy, spacious, and nicely furnished. It well- located and was easy to walk to the centre. The shared kitchen was a nice addition and the snacks were appreciated!

Everything was perfect! I think it's my first time leaving a review in Booking but I HAD TO, because I never thought it would be this good. The owner was amazing from check-in to check-out, everything is self done, and you receive any reply quite fast. They gave us snacks and drinks for free, every single day. We had a coffee machine in our room, but outside is a shared zone where we have more free snacks and fruit and cereal (they gave us milk as a free drink in our room as well). They also have a private room to leave our luggage after check-out which was REALLY helpful (we got out of Florence at the end of the day only, so we could leave our luggage to see more museums, and when we got back we relaxed a bit in the shared zone). I don't know what else to say, it was just amazing... Also: free wifi, amazing room with a lot of space, the shared space is amazing with a small kitchen and sofas to hang around, the location was perfect, we can go by foot to anywhere, although there were renewing many streets when we were there, but that was happening all around Florence.

The water pressure was really low when trying to take a shower. It made it hard to wash my hair as it's especially thick. While this was outside the control of the BnB, there was a lot of construction going on outside with jackhammers and such at 7 in the morning which was extremely unpleasant.

The room was super pretty and welcoming. The bathroom was clean, modern, and had all the facilities we could need. The bed was comfortable, and we really enjoyed the snacks that were left for us in the room and outside the door.

Great facilities in the room. The bed was very comfortable, the room clean. I loved that snacks and drinks were provided and that the breakfast / snacks was available all day. Good coffee machine and coffee in the breakfast room. Fast and friendly communication with the owner. Nothing to complain about and we would definitely stay there again. Location is good as well (close to the Accademia Gallery) - Firenze is quite small (at least the old town area) and you can easily walk everywhere.

Not very soundproof, especially recently the road outside is under construction, you can hear the sound of someone walking outside the room and the sound of large vehicles driving by at 6:00 in the morning

The walls are thin so you hear noise from outside and from other rooms, but ear plugs were provided if this is an issue.

The host was very responsive and went out if their way to ensure a good stay. Every need was catered for, whether it was food for the next day or help printing boarding passes. The location was excellent and the room was very comfortable - a home from home.

Free snacks! great kitchen with fruit and snacks around. Owner very helpful on whatsapp. No problems at all. Insanely comfy bed. Would happily stay again. It is all run remotely, but that didn't give me any problems. Could walk to all attractions no problems.

Absolutely amazing hosts who went two extra miles to establish communication with me early on and made my stay very comfortable. Even though I never got to see them in person, they were within instant reach and provided all necessary information related to check in and check out procedures, storage, etc. On top of that, the establishment makes all kinds of snacks and sweets available 24/7. You have water, milk, chips, fruits, cereals, tea and espresso-maker at your disposal. The room was not big but very well-appointed and clean with modern furniture and fixtures, comfortable bed, tv, etc. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Maybe a little bit noisy due to loud talking neighbours, but we only noticed that the last night. Not a big issue at all.

The apartment was spotless clean and exactly how it is shown on the pictures. The check-in was super easy. The flat is very close from the centre, everything is in walking distance. The IVH team responded immediately and they made our stay more enjoyable. We can highly recommend this accommodation and would love to stay here again.:)

A great place to stay with the kindest host. Location was great 10-12 minutes by walk to Duomo and still you are in a calm part of the city which was great. Very comfy flat with very easy self check in instructions. The kitchen was outside of the room and was at our service 24 hours per day and loaded with snacks and fruits etc… Also the host everyday left additional snack package for us at outside of our room. Totally recommended.

I was very happy with the breakfast and the constant provision of fruit and coffee. It's a good system which makes sense for visitors who are on the go. The room was pleasant and warmer than I was expecting, seeing I was visiting in December. The owners were also very kind and helped me with the bill for reimbursement.

I must say, it was absolutely fantastic. The moment I arrived, I was made to feel really welcome. The host was really friendly and made sure I felt at home. The place was super clean and tidy. The room was nice and comfortable, with nice furniture and a comfy bed. The air purifiers in the room were a great touch and showed that the host really cared about the guest's health. The host had even provided snacks and water which was a nice surprise. The place also had a nice fireplace that made the evenings super cozy. One of the best things about this place was its location. It's really close to the city center which meant it was really easy to walk around and check out the local sights and do a bit of shopping. Despite being close to the center, the place was nice and quiet. This was hands down my best experience with a BNB so far. It wasn't just the physical comfort of the space but the overall atmosphere of care, comfort that left an indelible impression on me.
