Excellent location with possibility of parking (rare in Taormina). Nice basic breakfast served on the terrace with a pleasant view of the coastline. Lovely host and setting.

Emanuela thank you for the excellent stay. Your home is beautiful, clean, and has fantastic views of the area. We were greeted every morning with breakfast on the terrace and a smile. The location in Taormina is wonderful half way between Isola Bella beach and Corso Umberto the main pedestrian street with many shops and restaurants.

Emmanuela was warm, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The room had a wonderful view of the sea from the terrace. It's a nice walk up towards the city and down towards Isola Bella beach.

We enjoyed everything!

This is absolutely a gem place to stay from many points of view! The first is the hosts. Emmanuela was absolutely the best host from all our vacation in Sicily. We felt like we stayed at our good friends house. Taormina city is the gem itself if you travel through Sicily. Casa Via del Mare is the best location you can imagine if traveling by car. Parking is available on the street and is free of charge. You have a beautiful view of the sea from the terrace, and you are located just inbetween the city of Taormina and the beach. The room was very comfortable and stylish decorated. The breakfast was prepared specially for you when you wake up. If we ever decide to visit Taormina again, we are not going to stay anywhere else, just at Casa Via del Mare. Thank you so much!!!

The steps - but that is Taormina - all places are up and or down. Everything else was great.

This was a lovely small B&B on the hill in TaormIna halfway down the cable car, with a great view across to the sea and island from its private but shared terrace. Emanuela out host was exceptional, and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay great. She provided fresh breakfast and even left us some milk (for English tea) on the first day when we had to leave for a tour before breakfast. In fact we chatted so much when we left that both she and we forgot to charge for the breakfast on the 2nd day. When out host heard we were heading out to a particular restaurant she realised it might be busy and as she knew them she called ahead to alert them and hold a table - as a result of which we were treated like VIP's and old friends. The room was small but well equipped with fridge and kettle and that lovely terrace outside. Location was good, only 10 minutes into the centre of Taormina but all up steps..... Emanuela was the perfect host and we absolutely recommend her and her B&B.

Private, lovely view, convenient location as long as you are fit and able enough to walk stairs. Close to cable car station. Emanuella is a beautiful helpful hostess. She does a great breakfast and good coffee.

Emmanuela was a very helpful host - lots of great tips. The smallish room was nicely decorated with a good bathroom. Nice terrace to have breakfast and enjoy the view along the coast. The property is located half way between Isola Bella beach and the town centre which does mean a fair bit of up and down stairs. Not a problem for us as we like walking!

The steps were difficult but good to get fit. The hot water in the shower didn’t last long

The view was spectacular, the position was perfect if you’re fit. It is in the middle between the town and the beach so you can walk to both. It was away from all the busy parts, so it felt like you were living there rather than being a tourist. The host was lovely too. We loved it!

The cable car was a short distance away but you must be prepared for steps to get there!

We loved our stay at Casa Via del Mare. Emanuela gave us the warmest welcome and was extremely helpful in providing advice regarding our location and places to visit. The apartment was spacious and comfortable but the highlight was without doubt the patio overlooking the sea. Sitting in the sun eating the lovely breakfast provided was sublime! No hesitation in recommending a stay in this lovely apartment.

The location was perfect, the main town was a few sets of stairs away but doable, the view was amazing and the host was amazing to nothing was a bother helped with places to go bus routes and any questions we had, would stay there again. 😀

Could not say enough nice things about Emanuela, she was a wonderful host during our stay and helpful with anything we needed, even contacting our hire car company for us when our flight moved to another airport. Perfectly positioned near the cable car between the town and the beach, with a stunning view as well. We will definitely be going back!

The Casa Via del Mare is like a dream come true. Emanuela is such a lovely lady! She gave us exact directions on how to find the house and waited for us outside. The location is absolutely beautiful and calm and it has an amazing view. We wanted to stay longer. It is a 15 minute walk (down the stairs) to the beach and a 15 minute walk (up the stairs) to the city center. We highly recommend it. The location and view of Casa Via del Mare was excellent. Seaviews from the bedroom and balcony was awesome. 10 minute walk (albeit uphill) to Taormina centre and a 15 minute (downhill) walk to Isola Bella (with a cable car return very close to accommodation). The breakfast provided by Emanuela was abundant and tasty. And as a host, she was awesome.

The location is just perfectly positioned between the beach and the city center, close to the cable car. Amazing view from the balcony! Emanuela is a perfect host, very nice and friendly and helped with some recommendations during our trip, e.g. the recommended trip to Etna with the company Etnapeople was amazing experience (we did the good morning etna tour).

That I couldn't stay there forever

What did I like...? Well from the first moment we stepped onto the property Emanuela welcomed us like we were her own. She is such a wonderful person. Then when we finally got into our room we absolutely loved everything about it, clean, big, homey, and anything else to describe the perfect BnB. Me and my wife came for a honeymoon and it felt like we were going to our second home. Which I told Emanuela that we will 100% be back, not only for the beautiful town of Taomina, but for her place. It will be me and my wives "place to go" throughout the rest of lives. Anyone who stays there should be lucky that they have a host like her and a beautiful home in a beautiful town.
