Given the price category and the type of accommodation, everything was great.

A spacious apartment in the very historic centre of the city, just a couple of steps from Porta Catania and the parking house. Clean, well equipped (incl. washing machine), with a very nice bathroom and a shower. Some coffee, tea, soft drinks, and even some beer and prosecco were provided for free. The hospitality of the owner Francesco was simply amazing. He contacted us immediately after the booking, offering any advice that would be needed. He provided us with tips for restaurants or an Etna trip operator, all tips worked perfectly. Always ready to help and advise, and very flexible (e.g. when agreeing on the arrival and departure times).

The apartment is very functional, and the location is only a few minutes away from the center and restaurants. Great customer service. Our host, Lorenzo, is very kind and welcoming. He gave us many recommendations. He took the time to pick us up and drop us off at the train station. He provided plenty of drinks, milk, and coffee. Everything works in the apartment, and we enjoyed our stay in Taormina very much.

Francesco is a superb host , he is so generous, willing to help us, explaining all details that we ask before visiting Taormina ( recommended us which company to choose if we wanna visit Etna, timetable of Bus from Catania airport to Taormina, where to eat ,extc) He called a taxi to pick us up at Taormina bus terminal to his place and on the day we checked out.The apartment is well located close to everything , supermarket is only 10m.from us , Very close to Porta Catania and Centro Storico. The apartment is very clean with kitchen wares and all equipment that we needed plus he also gave us many drinks in the refrigerator for us That's beyond our expectation. We feel like home when we stay at this apartment, even when I had a problem forgetting the key inside the apartment, we are terribly sorry for that too, but he can fix the problem for us , we are thankful for his kindness indeed. If we are planning to visit Taormina in the future we will definitely stay at Casa Lorenzo for sure Grazie infinite 🙏 Francesco

It was a dreamy holiday! Francesco, the host was more than nice with us, providing us with recommendations pf what to see and what to eat! We were staying at Francesco's apartment in Taormina for 3 days. The apartment is located in a central location next to the gate of the old town and there’s 24h parking nearby which is very convenient! There’s a grocery store and a couple of good restaurants in the same street close to the apartment! Francesco is a very good host! He was super helpful! He gave us many recommendations regarding restaurants, beaches and places to visit. You will find everything you need in the apartment as well as drinks and little sweet treats as a bonus. Such a great host!!! We definitely can recommend it!

It was a little noisy at times being next to a main road, but the apartment has shutters and large doors to block out most of the noise.

The apartment was spotless and the host was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay; we felt very welcome. The location was perfect to access the centre of Taormina, with a supermarket conveniently next door. The kitchen was well stocked so we didn't have to buy too much for the week.

We can not only recommend the beautiful Taormina as a holiday destination but also Fransesco and Casa Lorenzo. Fransesco made sure our visit was perfect, he was always reachable thorugh whatsapp and recommended the best restaurants in town! If you’re planning to visit Taormina, you should most definetly stay at Casa Lorenzo. We will definetly come back!

Communication with Francesco was fantastic, we arrived at Taormina by train, he advised us about transport between the train station and the apartment, and allowed us an early check-in, which worked out so well for us, because soon after it was pouring rain. He also gave us great recommendations about restaurants, bars, street food, and best places to have gelato and "cannolo sicilano". The apartment is in a good location close to the pedestrian "Corso Umberto". It was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We definitely recommend this place.

The accommodation is located close to the center of Taormina where are all the restaurants/ tourist attractions. Francesco is a very nice host who helped us with everything we needed including recommendation for the best restaurants. The location was clean and we had snacks and water/ice tea on the house). Tip: do not forget your flip-flops/ slippers, the floor is pretty cold, especially for the girls.

Beautiful spacipus apartment with many thoughtful touches. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Excellent kitchen with helpful extras like vinegar and oil, salt and pepper, and even a selection of cold drinks with no extra charges. Good, new espresso machine and pods! It was very helpful to have a washing machine. We loved the location, so convenient to the town and also a fine base for starting longer hikes. The apartment was also quiet and very clean, and so beautifully decorated! Francesco was so helpful with information and anything we needed!

Francesco is a very good host and the accommodation was perfect for us. Taormina is more expensive than the rest of Sicily and if you want to self cater this property is fantastic. There is a very good supermarket next door which is open from 8am daily. Fresh chocolate croissants for breakfast! The kitchen was very well equipped, bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a lovely shower and there is a washing machine. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place was made even better by the host. We visited during the low season and it was peaceful and quiet. Lorenzo is so thoughtful and nice, he even picked us up from the bus station when we arrived, so we didn't have to walk uphill with luggage. The apartment is cozy and located in the perfect area in our opinion. The biggest supermarket is right next door, many nice restaurants nearby, as well as the viewing deck to see Etna. The area is quiet even though it's right around the corner from the main street. Perfect location to get anywhere in Taormina by foot. The apartment was clean, cozy and comfortable. Any requests we had prior to arrival (like cleaning the floors because we don't wear shoes indoors) were kindly accommodated by the host. Hot water is there at all times, as there is a gas heater instead of a boiler. Kitchen is fully equipped by all needed utensils and even cooking necessities (olive oil, spices, coffee, tea, sugar etc.) Lorenzo even went above and beyond by stocking the fridge with drinks to help ourselves to. We stayed a week, so mid our stay Lorenzo brought in fresh towels. Additional cleaning is available upon request as well. The sweetest thing was that it was my birthday during our stay in Taormina and Lorenzo surprised me with a gift. Very unexpected and nice of him. Overall, highly recommend the place. The host Francesco is one of the best hosts we ever stayed with! He helped us with transport to & from the bus\train station, stocked the fridge with many nice surprises and was there to answer any questions we had or any other matter. The apartment itself was perfect for us- very clean, kitchen was fully stocked, internet works great and it was very useful to have a washer. location wise it's really close to the main street but also very quiet. Would highly recommend staying here!

The apartment has an amazing amount of space indoors and all the facilities you could need. It is however good to consider that is has no outdoor space like a balcony or terrace. For our stay this was no problem.

Francesco is a wonderful host, always happy to help and an amazing guide. The apartment is situated in a great spot withing Taormina and Francesco provided a list with great recommendation. The Beach can be reached by foot with the Cable car and takes about 45mins in total to isolabella. To top it all off upon arrival at the bus station we were picked up by the host, that was great! We had a lovely stay.

Excellent apartment just around the corner of Corso Umberto- the main shopping and restaurant street in Taormina. Everything - cooking equipment and other amenities what you may need is freely available in the apartment. Sliding doors separate the bedroom from kitchen area. Good size apartment for at least 4 persons. The owner - Francesco - is very nice and helpful to accomodate any request you may have and to recommend places and restaurants to visit nearby. We are very greatful for his hospitality and making our visit in Taormina so enjoyable.
