Cookware could be newer. Shower handles were hard to reach in the first bathroom. Could use a comfy chair in the living room, since 4 people did not fit on the couch.

Great central location and charming apartment that felt authentic to Rome. The host was wonderful and very responsive.

We stayed here for 3 days with our 2 children (7 and 10) and the property was perfect for us, it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The property is within walking distance of all the main sights and there are numerous places to eat nearby which we found to be good value for money. We were met at the property so the keys could be handed over and we were told how everything in the property worked. We would definitely recommend staying here.

i knew before booking that there would be no elevators so please beware the apartment is on the 3rd floor so it was a lot of climbing especially after a long day out. But apart from that, there was nothing to complain!

It was very very nice and clean! The beds were very comfortable even the sofa bed. There was 2 bathroom so it was perfect for us in the morning since there were 5 of us. Location was also perfect! There’s a lovely restaurant right around the corner and if you’re staying here please go to two sizes and you’ll have the best tiramisu ever!

Alessandra met us at the property and provided a thorough induction. She also took the time to talk to me about the neighbourhood and referred some restaurants. Alessandra was on point with everything and I will be happy to return with my family and to refer friends.

The property was great. The price may be a little high compared to other similar properties we’re staying at in Italy, but still a fantastic booking.

Fantastic location, truly within walking distance of everywhere you’d like to go in Rome. The apartment felt safe, and the owners were responsive and helpful, booking us an airport pickup at half the rate of another booking I’d made.

A few more cleaning supplies would have been appreciated as well as a small amount of milk. A pod coffee maker would have been excellent as the little cafetière did its best but was too small. Be aware there are quite a few flights of stairs.

Super location and we enjoyed staying with locals nearby. Restaurants are right at the end of the lane and the Piazza Navona is just a short walk away. The apartment was spacious and clean with good support from the host and good security.

The only thing is in that the apartment is located in the 3rd Floor and the building has not elevator.

No elevator 🙁. I did not realize this apartment was on the 3rd floor when I booked. One member of our group had issues with stairs so that was challenging for her.

The amenities and location were perfect - everything was in good working order and plenty of room to accommodate our group of 4 people.

Location is everything. Right off of the Piazza Navona. Short taxi/Uber rides to the train station, Vatican, and Colosseum, but absolutely within walking distance if it is not too hot. Great restaurants, cafes, shops, and gelato right at the end of the street. Two-bedroom, two-bath was plenty of space for our family of four. Clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen.

The beds were more firm than I like and the pillows were quite flat. Everything else was fine.

This property is excellent! It is clean and well maintained. The location is a 10/10. Right in the heart of the historic district with a beautiful surprise around every corner.

On the third floor, a lot of stairs to drag a heavy suitcase.

Very nice apartment for four people, quiet even if in the middle of a busy area. Centrally located in a nice area with a lot of restaurants and shops. Very close to main tourist attractions. Highly recommended for a stay in Rome.

Not a complaint, just a suggestion..it would have been good to have a reminder a few days before arrival about the payments that needed to be made on arrival.

The apartment was perfect for our short-stay sightseeing trip. It was within walking distance of all the main attractions and we really liked the nearby restaurants and shops. The apartment itself felt spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed.

Ideally located and spacious enough for our family of four to walk to Roman sites, but also literally chill during hot summer afternoons. Also, the apartment was spotless, and just lovely! We felt very much at home. Alessandra was responsive to our messages and questions.

Nothing! My only (very minor) suggestion would be adding a little shelf inside the shower where we could put our shower gel, etc.

Great location, very clean, super host. We were 2 couples so great that it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large enough that we never felt crowded. Solid WiFi, 2 TVs. Alessandra also assisted us in booking a car from the cruise port and, at the end of our stay, to the airport. Note that this a third floor walk-up so if you don’t like or can’t do stairs, don’t book this place. For us it was fine, we are used to it. Steps from Piazza Navona and surrounded by restaurants and gelaterias, but in the third level you barely heard any noise.

The location of Casa Magiuli is perfect. The apartament itself has everything you need for your vacation in Rome (kitchenware, wifi, towels, bed sheets, nice bathrroms). Our host Alessandra was very helpful and arranged for us the shuttles from and to the airport. Definitively staying at Casa Magiuli is a choice worth repeating.
