We had a hard time figuring out the heating system but the staff sent someone to help us quickly! Some extra paper towels, bath towels and washcloths would’ve been nice, but not a huge deal.

The apartment is very spacious, and the location is amazing! We were able to go out and explore the city and easily/quickly come back to the apartment to rest without feeling like we were going too far out of our way. It really is located in the heart of the city. The facilities were very nice and clean!

There's nothing I didn't like, but would maybe have liked more pillows for the rooms.

This apartment is amazing. Very clean, beds are so comfortable I struggled getting out of it. Location is fantastic. Everything we needed was here. The shower was great too. The communication with the company was fantastic. I definitely would recommend this apartment . The rooms are very big and exactly like the pictures.

The heating - it was difficult to adjust the heating.

We could leave our luggage before the appointed time of arrival (afternoon) in order not to carry our luggage with us. The location was a few minutes away from the center (walking distance). We had a view on the canal - very lovely.

Absolutely nice Apartment. Two large bedrooms, kitchen And living room. Apartment was clean, with aircondition. Towels included. Great position in the city. Two minutes to Rialto, five minutes to San Marco. Staff cares every day IF is all ok. We really enjoyed this beatiful place And city. Thank you

A great apartment overlooking one of the small canals. Comfortable and clean it had everything we needed. About a 3 minute walk from the Rialto bridge, lots of restaurants to choose from . A great find.

it’s really hard to think of anything I didn’t like . if I had to pick something I’d say the pillows but I slept well so it really wasn’t the worse and the air con was a bit loud but I was thankful for it. it really was an amazing stay.

The property was ideally situated about 5 mins walk from the water taxi drop if and Rillato Bridge. and also a 5 min walk to San Marco Square. It was clean comfortable and the host gave us everything we needed.

We had difficulty finding the apartment - we called for assistance, but no one would answer calls; I'm assuming it was "after hours" - we called at 17:30. Some local waiters ended up assisting us. We also called upon check out to ask about trash removal, as we noticed there was an additional charge for any trash left in the apartment. No answer - we missed trash service, so we had to haul all trash out with us to the port for disposal - a bit inconvenient. Bathroom is really small to share with a family - it is not a bathroom you can share with one another - one person at a time. Lots of mosquitos/bugs - family got bit up - bring spray or a candle, not sure how to avoid this.

Could not ask for a better location. Bedrooms (and apartment) were spacious. Nice little view of the canal, if you poke your head out the window.
