Everything was good

Everything! Imma has provided the perfect home for a stay. She lived there so has made it into a second home with everything you need. The views are spectacular, the apartment big and well designed. It is close to everything and yet not in the busy tourist areas. Imma checked that we were OK regularly, and gave us useful local information. We had the best time and would love to return.

We are older but no problem for us , but if you have difficulty climbing stairs do be aware that there are steep stairs to the apartment. Then again, all of Matera would be difficult in that case

The host, Imma, was warm, friendly and informative. She messaged us each day to ensure that we had everything we needed. There were many little extras in the apartment. The apartment is a lovely layout with the most amazing views from our balcony.

N/a Parking is expensive but this is due to local laws that do not allow parking to non-residents

Without a doubt the highlight of our trip. The views are just marvellous (especially at sunrise). It truly felt like home away from home. Very well equipped Kitchen. It was very clean and we were greeted with snacks and wine. Very well located and there were supermarkets nearby.

This is a an exceptional, stylish and comfortable appartment with a breathtaking view on Matera. The warm welcome and very helpful introduction to Matera by the super-nice owner was five-stars „plus“ if that would exist!

Imma and Davide are very kind and try to accommodate every request. Apartment was very clean and comfortable and well equipped with all amenities. The view of Matera from the terrace is spectacular.

Imma is an amazing host! We liked everything about her. She is joyful, very friendly, nice, speaks English well and was very helpful during the entire stay, we were randomly asking for tips and she was replying immediately. We also received some good guides from personal point of view for the city, which we think they are a nice touch for the whole experience. She greeted us on the street where she showed us where to park for free. Then we went to the apartment which was less than a minute walk from there. And the apartment is just WOW. It is super specious. It has everything that you wish for (Towels, toiletries, Wi-Fi, TV, books, guides, super equipped kitchen including some food products, some breakfast items, … the list can go on and on). She had put her heart in equipping it and making it cozy. Everything looks brand new and modern, even though you are in a old building. Super homely. And the view from the balcony over the city is just amazing. You are able to see a good portion of the old Matera and of the canyon bellow it. The balcony is a big and it is a perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay. Thank you Imma. Keep doing your good job and we are definitely going to come back again there :)

Checkout at 10.00 was a bit early for us.

Covered parking space a few meters away. Very friendly host who made sure that we had a great stay.

The kids sleeping area was hot during our stay due to no air conditioning. But other than that the apartment was perfect!

Very clean and cosy apartment, our hostess is super friendly and thoughtful, fully stacked kitchen with snacks, juices and coffee/teas, she even provided first aid kit which was very useful when travelling with little ones🤗🤗

There was no air-conditioning in the area where the kids were sleeping so we had to keep the air at a lower temp and the door open to try to cool it down.

The apartment was lovely and the view was fantastic. Checkin was easy.

It was a bit cold inside (mid April). No regular light in the bedroom - at least we could not find. Place for children is not a separate room - it is located on the way to the bedroom. Bathroom on the 1st floor requires an update.

View from the terrace, well equipped kitchen, nice host who booked us a parking slot. Close location to Sassi (nice 10 min walk). A lot of free parking slots in front of the building what is a big advantage. If you are not lucky, paid secured parking is just here. Apartment is convenient enough to stay for a couple of days. I would recommend it for families with max 1 child
