We had a wonderful stay at "Casa Ossan" and will definitely be guests there again! The hosts Laura an Massimo were extremely kind and helpful and make us feel special. The breakfast is exceptional, with a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables, home made bread and cakes! The house itself is a beautiful old house, fully renovated in the middle of breath taking vineyards. Our room was spacious and furnished with a style, the bed was very comfortable, there was more than what we needed! Thank you Laura and Massimo and we'll see you again!

Everything was perfect!

Our stay at Casa Ossan, hosted by Laura and Massimo, exceeded all expectations. Their exceptional hospitality, combined with the outstanding homemade breakfast, made for a truly unforgettable experience. They also went above and beyond to make thoughtful recommendations for local activities, like wine tastings and restaurants, and visiting the surrounding villages. The friendliness of the "Buonasera" from Massimo when we arrived, made us feel "at home" straight away. The Casa was easy to find. clean, welcoming and beyond our expectations. Massimo made us fresh coffee upon arrival and told us about the history of the house and the surrounding area. where the best Valpolicella was made and he confirmed that the restaurant we had booked for that evening was one of the best in the area (and it was fantastic). In the morning we were greeted by Massimo and his wife Laura - the breakfast table was laid out with home made Bread, Jams, Cakes, Focaccia and Tiramisu. Laura was happy to let us have the recipes which we have already tried out. A wonderful stay with such wonderful hosts. As we all said when we left "Arrivederci" and yes we will return. Everything perfect

Beautiful home, recently renovated by caring owners Massimo and Laura, lots of attention to detail and feels sumptuous and special. Lovely location in the heart of the vines, walking distance from.San Pietro in Cariano with shops, bars and restaurants. Excellent wine tasting was arranged for us by Massimo at Nicolas in San Pietro. Comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, mosquito blinds on windows, tea and coffee making facilities in the dining room for guests at any hour. Sat in the lovely garden with a glass of local wine in the evening overlooking the vines and hills before walking into town for a meal. The breakfast though is the most incredible part of the stay, we have never had as great a breakfast in all our lives. There were freshly made eggs with avocado, olive oil and cheese then homemade orange, carrot and almond cake, croissants, jam, bread and butter, next arrived homemade foccacia smothered in local cheese, olives and tomato, with the region's speciality tiramisu made by Laura and coffee and pressed juice. Unbelievable and exquisite. Thank you so much for the warm welcome, beautiful home, helpful and caring service, strongly recommend.

This is an exceptional place to stay. Massimo and Laura are welcoming, caring and generous hosts. Breakfast is absolutely delicious,varied with copious amounts of locally sourced and homemade treats such as bread, focaccia, tiramisu, local cheese and meat. Etc etc etc Absolutely delicious and outstanding. The garden is so peaceful and a beautiful place to spend a relaxing afternoon. The rooms are modern, clean and very stylish and comfortable. Having stayed at many,many bed and breakfasts in Italy Massimo and Laura are by far the best hosts we have ever met. We would highly recommend staying here at Casa Ossan. It is a wonderful place.

The most beautiful location, the most wonderful hosts, incredible place! It's the old house, that has been fully renovated, with vineyards that start basically from the house, beautiful garden, where they serve the absolutely incredible breakfast. The hosts are wonderful and welcoming, and I cannot recommend this place enough!

The Villa is the perfect stay right in the heart of beautiful Valpolicella. You can see the owners love for details and passion for quality in the moment you enter the property.We had a great and relaxing time, the sorroundings are very peaceful. The room was sparkling clean,comfy bed, new facilities and a very modern minimalist decor that we absolutely loved. The breakfast is also great, with good coffee and fresh local products. The owners are very kind, discrete and we got nice tips for sightseeing. We felt very welcome and we look forward to coming back soon to Casa Ossan. Mille Grazzie Laura & Massimo, alla prossima!! ♥️
