The check in process was unclear & made it a stressful experience. We had arrived in trieste early morning via a cruise ship. We contacted the owner/manager prior to arrival and he kindly agreed for us to leave our luggage in the apartment untilcheck in at 3pm. We were under the impression that there was a 24hour reception. On arrival we found the external doors locked & no way to access the building or the apartment. Another guest let us in the front door so we could at least get our luggage off the footpath. After calling & texting the owner/manager he sent codes on what's app that allowed access into the building and into the apartment. We also could not connect to the wifi. After contacting the owner/manager by text message we were advised that there was a problem with the wifi . An alternative connection was offered but this still did not work.

Great central location Comfy bed Nice bathroom Washing machine ( a drier would have made it perfect) Air-conditioning ( there was no clear operating instructions) but once we got it going it was fine.

Parking is an issue in Triest but we managed to find on street parking close by.

Location superb, close to all amenities. Was very easy to find the apartment, we got in with a code given by the owner. Room was very clean and modern.

some well intended feedback: the drain in the shower box needs to get frequently unblocked. And please check the toilet paper rolls, whenever you make the rooms.

Clean, stylish and modern, this large studio with a kitchenette and a coffee machine, comfortable bed, plush towels and all the necessary amenities. Super easy independent check in with door codes provided by efficient staff. The location is great, just three minutes' walk from Piazza Unità.

We stayed on a weekend night, and the noise from the square and restaurants kept us awake. However, it is the trade-off of being in a great location and it probably depends on the night and what time you go to bed as to whether it may be an issue.

It is a beautiful well-appointed and spacious room with a very comfortable bed and great bathroom, in a great location to see old Trieste. Restaurants around the building were very good, and it was a short walk to the main square, shopping area and waterfront area. Everything was done remotely via codes and emails, and all went smoothly.

No lift. No correct directions to actual room, had to push a large door to get to room with the coded key pad. The large door looks locked and just like all the others to private apartments. Maybe a sign saying push to access Casa apartments ?

Walls are thin - we could hear the other residents Apartment situated on second floor - might be an issue for those with mobility issues

Checkin is too late (3:30 pm) - later than anywhere I've ever stayed, especially since checkout is 10:30 am. Email with access codes should be sent at least 1 day before arrival, not on the day of arrival. Shower cabin needs some fixing.

Great location, great room with a lot of windows/light. Host was flexible when we had a change in plans.

The key doesn’t fit into any of the doors, so we where needed to access with the door code every time.

Is was very beautiful and new renovated, the room was clean. Placed in a nice neighborhood. Short walking distance to the water and the shopping street. 10 min walk to the train/bus station.

We knew the property was on the 2nd floor but would have been good to have a lift. Otherwise the property was excellent.

The bed and pillow was quite uncomfortable and there was no doona, just a sheet (thankfully we were only staying one night.) There were a lot of stairs to get the luggage up and no lift (which was expected).

The apartment was easy to find and we used a door code to get inside. The apartment is freshly renovated, clean and the interior was really beautiful. The location was great right near the city centre and the cruise port.
