Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaThe walls are thin😅 and one could hear almost everything that's happening on the hallway and probably a bit more (we also heard alarms going off in the morning), but I suppose that is also because the rooms are quite small. Breakfast is good but it's hardly any diversity in the savoury area.
The host, Luisa, is very welcoming, helpful and nice. The location is very well placed in Pinzolo, you have a parking place and the rooms are cozy and always clean. Casa Salvaterra is near any facility Pinzolo has to offer and only 700m from the ski cabin (and they also have discount on ski rentals)

PolandIt was a pleasure for our group to stay at Casa Salvaterra! 🙂 Luisa is kind and helpful host taking care of the guests and their comfort. She runs the hotel with heart and we loved that attitude. Rooms are charming and clean, we could see mountains from our window. Breakfasts are tasty. Also, the hotel is located near the ski arena. We want to come back 🙂

PolandThe only problem and possible suggestion for change is the acoustic of the room. We could hear a lot from the room next door. Also, maybe some open common space for people to sit and talk after skiing would be useful. Except that, everything was great.
Very nice personel, helpful hosts, it was a pleasure to meet them. Very clean apartment, cleaning every day, perfect. Near to the ski arena Pinzolo. Free parking in front of the house.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. She told us where it is worth to go and which paths in the mountains to take. Breakfast was very tasty. Everyday there was something different to eat. The room was cleaned everyday. In the room there was a kettle to make tea. The place is very nice, tidy and clean. Wi-Fi was very good. We loved it.
