The shower area could use a little deep cleaning. It would be nice to add a ladle and a vegetable peeler to the kitchen equipment.

The apartment is well-located, close to the train station, supermarkets and sightseeing spots. We had all the amenities needed to cook meals and relax in the evenings. Big thanks to host Alessandro for making our stay so special!

The place is simple, but very clean and cozy with all the amenities you could need. The location is good, 20 min nice walk to the city center. Many restaurants in the neighborhood. Alessandro is great host! He waited for us at the airport when we arrived and on the day of our departure he dropped us off at the airport again. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The best ice cream in town (Gelateria Gemma dal 1970) is located 200 meters from the apartment. He picked us up when we arrived at the airport but his assistent was late to take us to the train station.

Sometimes there may be a few noises coming into the apartment from outside, it didn't bother me, but maybe very sensitive one can be bothered?

I recommend this to anyone who wants to get a free reliable ride from the airport to the apartment and back there. Sandro is a nice and polite host. He gives good advice on restaurants and places to go. The apartment is well located. It was clean and had everything you needed.

Great communication with the owner, free airport shuttle was a great advantage - the owner drove us to the airport even for a really early flight, which was really helpful. Apartment looks exactly like on pictures. It is placed in the heart of Bergamo, but it is really quiet here, so you can easily rest after whole day of sightseeing.

Some things in the appartment are a bit outdated/used but that’s just how it goes when a lot of people have stayed there already.

Location was very good, there were a lot of good restaurants and shops nearby. We only stayed one night, so we couldn’t explore properly, but it seemed great. Host was very friendly, he gave us recommendations for places to see and where to eat etc. Free airport shuttle was really a great advantage of this place.

We liked everything about this place. the location was excellent! The apartment is extremely comfortable, clean, full of light and air. It looks to an internal yard and is also very quiet although centrally located. There are many fantastic shopping and food places around, and the upper old town is only 10 min by walk. Another 10 min and you are in top downtown or at the train station. The kitchen has everything you may need, even free coffee, olive oil, salt etc. The most important is that the host Alessandro is really a super host! He took us from the airport at midnight upon arrival, and then back again with his car, he was kind, attentive and gave us great recommendations of where to go and what to do in Bergamo! Outstanding job, Sandro!

if I need to give some feedback is that the beds werent that comfortable for us (but that is also a personal preference).

The host / owner Alessandro of the app is the best. He came for us late @ the airport and dropped us the morning after very early. Hé was very friendly with us and the children, he give us advice about were to eat.
