Great views, quiet, great property, fantastic host

Breakfast on the terrace was an international feast thoughtfully prepared by our wonderful host, Christian. It included Italian cornettis, German yogurts, fresh fruits and juices, cereals and muesli from various countries, homemade jams and jellies, and the fluffiest scrambled eggs made with local ingredients. The coffee and tea bar was exceptional, offering various drink choices that made me return for more. Picture this - a mesmerizing view of the deep blue Mediterranean Sea and the charm of Sant Angelo, all of it visible through a beautiful pergola covered in vibrant bougainvilleas. The view is so stunning that it will leave you spellbound.

Christian was the most helpful host. He gave us tips on where to go, where to eat etc, we followed all of them and all were excellent. The accommodation was ideal, the views from both the room balconies and the breakfast terrace were stunning. We would love to come back.

nothing it was a perfect stay!

Hotel Casa Sofia was an incredible stay! Christian (hotel owner) was amazing - he was so flexible with a late checkout and helped us reserve a cab for our ferry home. The room was clean and had a beautiful ocean view and a well-working AC. Breakfast was served on a lovely patio with ocean views. The location was within walking distance of two beaches and the nearest thermal baths. Book now!

Very little not too like to be honest, it was an exceptional stay.

Amazing location with views of the bay and Capri in the distance. Relaxed quiet atmosphere. The true star is Christian who is an amazing host and made us feel at home. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, amazing at what he does. Stay here and you will be looked after very well. There are a small number of rooms so it never feels busy.

Shower is quite tiny, but that’s ok! The hill up was a bit of a hike, but burned off all the pasta and gelato we had!

In the heat it is a trek to get to and from the town and beaches from the hotel BUT Kristian is always willing to offer a ride!

The view from our room and the hotel was spectacular. We loved having a balcony and made good use of it. The air conditioning worked well and the beds were comfortable. The location is a bit tricky to get to and is a strenuous walk up the hill in a pedestrian zone (so no taxis). That being said, Kristian, could not have been a more attentive and helpful host. He picked us up in his golfcart upon arrival and was available for ride to and from dinner when requested. He was cheerful and very kind - it was because of him that we would return

Beautiful little hotel on a hill with amazing views. This place is super cute and host Christian is amazing and super helpful for anything you might need. He takes great care of his property and his guests at all times. Rooms are spacious and very nicely designed with large terrace (we stayed in one od those) with a spectacular view. There is some walking to be done as it is a car free zone. Sant Angelo is such a charming little town, few minutes walking down the hill, going up is a bit harder but Christian would pick us up to bring us up to the hotel when we needed. We really loved this place!

I loved everything, nothing negative!!!

If I could give Hotel Casa Sofia more than a 10 rating I would. Christian was a fantastic host, provided me with so much information prior to my arrival , collected me from the bus stop & welcomed me like family friends. Casa Sofia is spotlessly clean, very kind staff. My room was spacious comfortable bed, had all I required and a view of dreams. Bonus having a balcony to sit and relax and enjoy the view. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice and served on a beautiful terrace.

Modern room with all you could expect and an excellent view of the bay and Saint Angelo Better than normal Italian standards. A very gentle host that always was helpful and had good suggestions for restaurants and trips etc.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Casa Sofia and it was an absolute delight. This hidden gem exceeded all expectations, providing an unforgettable experience amidst breathtaking scenery. Christian truly went above and beyond for us in every aspect and was genuinely one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever encountered. We had a wonderful stay in Hotel Casa Sofia. Christian was a fantastic host, we got much practical information about the island. He served lovely breakfast. the view was fantastic from the terrace and breakfast place, we spent much time stirring to the sea. the room and bathroom was newly renovated and very clean.

This hotel was great. Beautiful views from our balcony, spacious and well equipped rooms. Breakfast was delicious and served on the terrace over looking the sea. Christian was a great host and recommended a great pizzeria for dinner.

This property is breathtaking!! Christian is an excellent host who has thought of every detail. The breakfast in the morning is delicious. The room was impeccably clean. The property is safe and well. At home, we always lock our doors before bedtime. Christian’s property is gated and secure so we felt safe all night with only a screen door (no locked door) with the sound and breeze of the sea all night. An amazing stay. we cannot wait to return!

Nothing. Everything was lovely.

One of the best holidays I've had to date. Christian was lovely from the minute we walked in. Gave us great recommendations and advice on the area and was super attentive without being overbearing. The views are stunning and our room (which was the deluxe terrace) was spacious and immaculate. I actually left my phone in the room as we left in a rush and Christian was wonderful enough to send it the next day via courier. Couldn't recommend this place enough !
