Doors to rooms could be more soundproof.

This place will blow your mind. Classy, oldschool, it has a soul. You can easily say it's exceptional and will work for nature lovers, writers, musicians, aesthets. The hosts are cool and lovely, they actually spare time to make you feel good and help with planning. Thanks to them I was able to find a couple of great spots. Overall it's a charming place worth visiting multiple times.

This is a wonderful BB to stay at and I loved everything about our stay. The house just has a great atmosphere about it. Loved our room, the furniture, decoration and the wonderful view from the terrace. I had the best sleep of our whole trip! The hosts are great too and helped us with restaurant recommendations and plan a wonderful hike in Tíscali. Don t miss the short walk to a nearby viewpoint. I only wish we could have stayed longer and I hope to return some day.

The location with its view over the National park is just breathtaking. The hosts are wonderful, welcoming, very much into ecological living and cannot do enough for you. It is, however, up a very twisting, steep road which was very daunting when we thought we would have to drive back down it for miles in the dark to get dinner. We were so thrilled to be told that there was a pizzeria just 5 minutes further up. Our hosts booked us a table and made sure that we would not get the navigation wrong and we didn’t and the food was splendid. Breakfast was excellent with everything home-made including the yoghurt which came with honey in the Sardinian style. We were very happy staying here once we got over our dismay at the remoteness and I would be happy to return.

Really nice view from the room(could sit on terrass). Host, Mario, was super friendly together with his girlfriend. They made such a nice breakfast in the morning and also reserved a table for us in the town super nice restaurant and gave good food recommendations. Felt very welcomed.

The one gripe we had was the cats. There are loads of them on the property and in the surrounding area. They’re not allowed inside the b and b but there are just so many that it feels unhealthy.

The owner is super professional and helpful. He runs a welcoming and beautiful property overlooking mountains and a valley. He will take his time and help you make a great itinerary of things to visit in the area. The breakfast is also relaxing and home cooked served on the terrace with a beautiful view.

Nuoro the nearby town is not our type of city

The only complaint I have was the late check-in (4.00 pm). We arrived there at 2.00 pm and the gate was locked, so we tried to call but didn't get through. There's a beautiful park further up the mountain where we passed the time till four.

The setting of this house is amazing, the view from our terrace was breathtaking. The host, Mario, was very helpful with directions and suggestions of places to visit and booked a restaurant for us. The breakfast was delicious.

The pillows were not comfortable.

We were so well cared for by Mario at this place. He took time to makes us detailed maps, made reservations for us at his favorite restaurants, and provided great conversation.

Just the pillows could be more comfortable

The house and the nature around is amazing if you are looking to chill and stay disconnected but at the same time close connected to Nuoro that is around 10min drive. The highest value were the conversations with the owner Mario every morning, he is a passionate of Cerdeña culture and the best local guide you will find.

The driveway was quite tricky to see at night.

The hosts were wonderful. Along with the other guests we were warmly welcomed. They helped us make dinner reservations and even drove us to the top of the mountain to see an incredible view and the the statue of Christ the Redeemer.

We had to leave!

We didn't just like, we loved everything! The location is fantastic with its views over the mountains, and hosts - Mario and his wife - were really welcoming. The room was spacious with comfortable beds, and the added bonus of a microwave/ fridge plus tea and coffee area adjacent. Also, the breakfast with fresh scrambled eggs made for a perfect start to the day. Mario was a mine of information and gave us tips on where to visit, both locally whilst there, and on our departure - in particular a visit to the murals at Orgosolo. If you're ever in the Nuoro area this is where you should stay. It's fabulous!

The hosts were quite amazing! Very welcoming, guided us through the local scene, from restaurants to hikes on the mountain and providing tips on what to do in the island with maps and pictures! Breakfast was amazing as well with a lot of local products! But definitely the personal touch of the hosts made it quite special!!!
