Everything was wonderful! Only suggestion would be to place a couple of chairs on the deck so people can relax outside after a day of touring.

The room was large, clean and well taken care of. The location was perfect. Though on a busy road, you couldn’t hear the traffic. Walking distance to train station, center of town, port and near plenty of restaurants. (Note:if arriving by ferry, use the port elevator all the way to the right. Ask or look for signs! It’s way better than dragging your bags up tons of steps!!) The ‘breakfast’ is provided by a busy deli/restaurant across the street by exchanging a coupon for whatever you want. The manager, Guiseppe, is really informative and even works in a travel agency next door. He provided excellent information.

The room wasn't made up after our first night, and we had to ask for more toilet paper. The floor was dirty...my 6 yr old son scrambles about every where and after his usual shuffling about on the floor, his socks were filthy.

Shared kitchen was very handy with dining room. The kitchen had everything you needed. Location was on the main corsa, close to the train station and the historic lanes plus marina. The building had a lift, so convenient and appreciated after staying at several b and b's with no lift.

The lift was very old. Other residents in the building kept buzzing to our room, accusing us of not closing the lift door even though we cross checked that the door was closed every time we used it.

I did not like how loud it was at night.

Location was great, however, it was very hard to sleep because you could hear outside street noise (cars, people talking) we woke up tired every morning from no sleep.

Unfortunately, I was not entirely convinced by the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower in particular was not very clean. This could be seen in the increased black/brown stains in the shower, as well as large water stains on the glass.

Breakfast is out of the house. The breakfast was served with a voucher at the bakery opposite. The breakfast (consisting of a hot drink and a baked good) was very tasty and the staff very nice. There is no time scheduled for the breakfast, as long as the bakery is open, there will be the opportunity to eat. The accommodation convinces with its good price-performance ratio, location and helpful landlord. Only the cleanliness in the bathroom could be improved a bit and then it is the perfect holiday flat in Sorento.

The location was amazing, so close to the main square and great amenities near by. The host was so welcoming and was willing to help with anything we needed! Breakfast was coffee and a pastry from across the road which was lovely also. The apartment was split into 3 rooms with a communal area and kitchen. Our room was very clean, had a fridge which was super useful to have in the heat! The main square was a 5 minute walk down one road and the place was easy to find from the ferry port and train station. The location meant the road outside was busy (but where isn't busy in Italy!) It was fairly loud at night, which I slept through but my partner struggled with at times. Maybe something to keep in mind if you are a very light sleeper, but it would not stop us from visiting again

The main picture is actually of a common space of the apartment. It is 1 apartment with 3 rooms, divided into 3 studios, with the same common hall and a small kitchen. The kitchen is not renovated... the repose depends on who is staying in the other rooms - unfortunately privacy is only ensured in your room (like a hotel room).

The bed was confy, the location is perfect for reaching the pedestrian area, the area is quiet in the evening and full of life in the morning.

We had a bit of trouble with our shower getting cold fast and a bad water pressure. however the host made sure to check on it, even later in the evening and trying his best to fix it the same evening which was not possible. So he made sure we could shower at an empty room, and made sure it got fixed the day after. The shower did get fixed so that was great. The room was very clean and modern. Location is also great
