I would stay here 100 times for watching the city under the morning or evening sun light. Additionally, the apartment has absolutely any object that you could need.

I thought about this question, but I really have no complaints at all. I had a very enjoyable week at this flat. The quality, the view, the comfort and cleanliness of the place exceeded all my expectations.

A lovely flat in a quiet street almost around the corner from the Duomo. The place is spotless, decorated with great taste, everything works (shower, wifi, washing machine, stove, etc). It is easy to communicate with the host who is fluent in English (which is good because my Italian is terrible). I travelled around Sicily for six weeks without a car and this is no problem at all in Modica. You can reach everything on foot but from the flat, but you can also take local and intercity buses to Palermo, Ragusa, and the beach from the nearby Piazza Borselino Falcone. The best is of course the fantastic view from the balcony. It is stunning!

All was fantastic except having to leave !!!

Thoughtfully and beautifully furnished and equipped apartment with everything I could ask for and my generous host provided so many extras met lovely helpful locals in a friendly neighbourhood and I could almost touch Santa Giorgio from the balcony. Beautiful view, great location, modern and very clean. Coffee on site, towels, etc. Everything necessary you need and more. Easy check in and check out - amazing choice for stay. Balcony at your disposal, kitchen, etc. Loved every minute :)

Actually I want to give 12 points, especiale to Fabrizio, who is very friendly and helpful persoon. Apartement is too 12 points. I mostly spent my time on apartement, left only on lunch. Amasing views, tiny houses like pearls, San Giorgio, you can touch it by hands... Amazing.

I liked how helpful Fabrizio the host was, ready to solve any small questions. The apartment itself was splendid, with all facilities to make my stay comfortable, full of light and fresh air. Besides the view from the balcony was spectacular!! Going down the stairs of San Giorgio I also liked the nice restaurant Ricotta& Co.

Everything! Amazing view from the balcony, clean and spacious apartment with big and comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, electric kettle and even olive oil to use. Washing machine also nice surprise. Few minutes walk from beautiful church and the castle. Fabrizio the host was very welcoming, helpful and easy to communicate. The view from the apartment is amazing. The host is very friendly, quick responding and helpful. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could need: an iron, washing machine, hair dryer. Location is perfect: max 10 minute walk to everything in the upper and lower city. Absolutely recommended!

Accommodation was just as decribed. Everything was very clean and looked brandnew. Communication with the kind hosts was via WhatsApp and check in with a key box. I loved the bed and the good airconditioning. Terrace with view of the cathedral was also nice but unfortunately there was a heatwave when I was there... even in the evening it was very hot. But overall very good quality for money. If you choose to be in Modica Alta, this accommodation is definitely a good choice. You need to know that the area is very quiet. A walk down to the city center is only 10 minutes but coming back... mamma mia! A lot of steps and steep streets. I wouldn't have minded but with the heatwave it was sometimes a struggle. I stayed over one week and didn't have a car (parking didn't seem a problem in neighbouring streets), the appartment was near to the main bus terminal and it was easy to take trips with the bus from there (although not a very convenient bus schedule to some destinations). Modica is a nice town, but you can see it in one or two days. However, I was glad that I choose Modica (next to Ragusa) as a base to discover this wonderful region at ease.

Bed is so hard I couldn’t sleep and small things like olive oil were missing. No personal touch all contact via WhatsApp/booking.

The location is good, however you need to take many steps up and down from the center. The view is amazing!

As everywhere in Modica parking can be a bit complicated. Closest parking is in a nearby street. Overall no critical comments to mention.

Very quiet location. Centrally located. Air condition in bed and living room. The apartment is well equipped and the standards are comparable to a good 3star hotel. Very helpful, approachable and friendly owner. Easy communication with the landlord.
