The host Fabio is the highlight of the place, he gave me a lift to the airport. Flat is 10 min walk from city center. Spacious apartment with all basic amenities.

The bathroom was not the best

The owner of the property is very friendly and easy going and offered to drive us to and from the train stations. He also picks you up from the airport at no additional cost!

Nice comfortable appartment, few minutes walk from city centre, very helpful owner, available parking space. He met us upon arrival and even showed where we can find mushrooms in the forest not far from the city :). The sofa was very comfortable as well.

There is no wi-fi.

We had a great stay. The apartment was vary spacious and we were able to make coffee in the morning. The host was very welcoming and helpful. He recommended us to go have dinner at "La Bettola" which was great.

Not a single stay that I have ever had was as familiar and comfortable as with Fabio. It really is an exceptional experience to stay with him. Even if I only spent one night there, Fabio made sure that I didn't miss anything. He showed me a lot of the city and recommended restaurants. Everything you need is there. I would 100% recommend staying there.

The water was very variable, especially the hot variety, and the breakfast pastries did not turn up on the second morning (I could doubtless have chased this up, but it was no big deal.) And there was no wifi.

It's cheap and simple - and good value. And the minor failings hardly counted against the pickup from the airport late evening at no extra charge (with a drive through the town centre, on the way to the house, to show me what was what). Bravo Fabio!

Property feels outdated , with patched repairs, wires exposed . Freezer had some stuff left in after being defrost.

nice apartment, we enjoyed our stay. in apartment you can find everything you need. kitchen is well equipped with everything you need however you have to remember that everything is used by someone before you. apartment has a nice balconies with view to grass field and houses in a distance. some things need to be repaired, but it gives the charm to this place and makes to feel like you stay with locals.

The facilities were not in such a good condition. Meny restorations and fixing should be made. These gave a sense of an outdated place. Also a bit hard to find for the first time. No signs, no street number. But in general I would visit again. Good value for money.

I had an apartment on my own. With a kitchen, large bedroom and bathroom, balcony. Really hot water in the bathroom. It was clean. Not in the center but only few minutes away. The owner was very friendly, I felt comfortable.

some parts of the place could be cleaner, 13 mins walk from the centre ( it's ok to walk at day but I don't know if I would have walked at night, but I believe that's a personal choice).

Fabio was wonderful! he picked us up from the airport, showed us around the city, and recommended some places - very pleasant and nice person. The balcony was a good size and you live around locals 👌.
