Size of the room was on smaller side, but we know that the room sizes differ in the hotel so that could be only our case. Bathroom was tiny and a bit outdated.

Location of the hotel was perfect. Super close to metro line A. With a few minutes ride, right in the historical centre of Rome. Shops, groceries, and Vatican city accessible by feet.

Very homy feel. Some rooms downstairs to sit in and read or talk. A room with coffee,beer wine and snacks at agood price. Very nice roof terrace to relax on and enjoy said drinks😄

The only slight disappointment was breakfast it was exactly the same every day fine for 2 days but then boring nothing freshly made on the premises. Even a toaster would be a good addition

Good location- close to the center 10 min walking distance, safe location. Very comfortable bed, cozy and quiet room and location. We stayed on New Year’s Eve and it was surprisingly quiet. Good breakfast. Friendly staff and overall great experience.

It would be great to renovate the bathroom.

Super location, walking distance to bot Vatican and city center. You will love the route to the city through Piazza del Popolo. Several groceries and restaurants just nearby. Additional pleasure to have a self-made rooftop dinner even in December. Very cute old building with thick walls, high ceiling and remarkable stairs=) Thanks a lot!

The accommodation was in excellent condition. Perhaps the room has been renovated recently. It's clean. The bathroom was not renovated, but it was quite spacious and easy to use. Breakfast was served with boiled eggs, croissants, bread, milk, cereal, and coffee. Breakfast was not bad... Just I didn't expect. The location of the accommodation is far from the tourist attraction, but it was 4 stops by bus and 20 to 30 minutes on foot, so there was no inconvenience. Rather, it was good to have a good night's sleep because it was away from the downtown area. And it was safe. If I go to Rome again, I want to stay at this hotel.

There are no water boiler, fridge and toothpaste in the room.

The best part is the breakfast. Others are the same as your expectation with such a price in the Rome.

Location was good for easy access to metro and a short walk to local shops and restaurants. Our room was huge and had a double balcony. Plenty of space in and around the hotel. Location was peaceful and easy to find upon arrival. The included breakfast was very good with plenty of choice of food and drink. Also easy enough to walk to central Rome if desired.

My room had an armoire but no closet, and the elevator can be a bit slow so you may prefer a lower floor to use the stairs.

The hotel is on a fairly quiet street, near to many tourist destinations. Within a few blocks it’s much livelier with lots of restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but nothing fancy. The breakfast is very substantial and they keep everything very well-stocked. Also, there is a rooftop patio you can use and they have wine to buy near the lobby, as well as some snacks, and water Staff is friendly and attentive, the desk is staffed to midnight. If you are out late, they need to make arrangements for you to come in. Overall it was an excellent value for the money and a nice stay. I would stay here again as a tourist.

The mattresses have seen better days and desperately need to be replaced. The aircon seems to be centrally controlled and hadn’t been switched on, which made humid weather with temperatures approaching 30 degrees Celsius very uncomfortable. Avoid this place in summer.

Really well located - I walked to everywhere except the colosseum (which was less than 20 mins away by metro).

The air condition was adequate but the room was still a little warm. The electrical circuit breaker blew but the staff quickly showed us how to fix it.

Breakfast is just croissant and jambon, and could have been on the 4th floor instead of the basement. The toilet facilities are a little bit old.
