Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomWe ask to ask for a kettle. The lounge wasn’t very functional, I get this is a sofa bed but for us it didn’t work as a comfortable place to relax. The lighting in the lounge and kitchen wasn’t the greatest. it was either super bright or super dim. There was also poor lighting above the cooking area and above the bed - we found it too bright with the over head lights and therefore had to leave the lounge lamp on to allow us some soft lighting effects.
Nice and cosy, nice location, peaceful and great place for resting after skiing all day. The bed was nice and the bathroom had a lovely shower and washing area.

The apartment was very clean, tidy and comfortable with very nice decor. Very stylish bathroom and with lots of hot water. Perfect for a family of 4 (2 adults with 2 young children). It is a 15 minute walk to the piste, but there is a free shuttle bus available in the town. Nice welcome basket with croissants, jams, chocolate, tea and coffee. Lovely restaurants and shops very close by.

FranceThe single beds in the living room are a a little too small for an adult, but it was fine for 3 nights.
The host Jullia she was very nice, she has a shop in the same building with the apartment, so she waited for us to handover the keys. Apartment is located in an old building, but recently was fully renovated, very quite, extremely clean, warm and very well equipped with all one may need. The bedroom is small but very cozy.

We loved it! It was a pleasure to stay at Casaborgovecchio, we loved expecially the kindness of the host, the design of the apartment and the enormous amout of facilities in the apartment! Top quality appliances in the kitchen, great bathroom, crockery and cutlery like we never had in any other apartment in Italy! Needles to say the location perfect! Spot on in the centre of Bardonecchia, but at the same time not to crowded and very quiet.
