Excellent location on the lake shore, 50 yards to the boat terminal. Modern and contempory decor, very clean and very comfortable spacious rooms. Brilliant breakfasts - nothing better than eating outside in glorious Italian sunshine. Excellent staff helping with all our needs, including recommending and booking superb local restaurants to dine in the evenings.

For a property of otherwise such excellent standards we were missing a) towel racks in the bathroom (hence towels would not dry during the day - except on the terrace, which esthetically is probably not desirable) and b) possibilities to store a suitcase (for example a bench), for example in the larger than average bathroom.

Pretty much everything was perfect. We enjoy d our stay immensely.

Casa Fantini is sublime, an oasis, each aspect is considered and exquisite it it’s delivery. The room was beautiful and elegant with modern touches that enhance the experience. The restaurant which I booked as the last minute was perhaps the most delicious and amazing food I’ve tasted. The breakfast was abundant and presented with sophistication. Overall this hotel was incredible an amazing location and such lovely and friendly staff that enhance the experience.

beautiful location, near the lake, in peaceful Pella. Majority of the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to us. Breakfast was good, but lacked a bit of variety. our room on the second floor had stunning views over the lake towards Orta San Giulio. Overall a great place to stay.

Restaurant menu could have done with daily changes or more options. Also…a property of this quality and type probably should not have guests under age 18. I love kids but they need a different environment where things aren’t so zen and they can play and make some noise.

We were disappointed with the restaurant. It did not live up to the standards of the rest of the hotel. We had chosen the chef's suggestions, and we regretted it. The restaurant is a bit expensive for what it is. We would have liked to see more variety on the menu, and the food was not as good as we had hoped. However, the service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. We would recommend the hotel to others, but we would advise them to eat elsewhere.

The hotel is inspired by the work of famous architects and artists. It has a minimalist design and a unique atmosphere. The hotel is located in the center of the city and is close to many attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good. For longer stays maybe a little bit too few activities in the neighbourhood, but a visit of the other side of the lake is highly recommended. Room with 3rd bed in fact a little bit too small for the extra bed; better to remove the cough and table then. Breakfast, which is served at your table, could have a little bit more variation (it was more or less 3 days the same: same granola+yoghurt, same juice, more or less same bread).

Atmospere was relaxing, near the lake and at the more quiet site of the lake. If you consider to go waterbiking or supping at Orta San Giulio (other side of the lake), don't forget to take your ID-card with you (and take into account that it is only possible after 14:00). Rooms were very sophisticated and cosy; bathroom with turkish bath included. Good air conditioning in the rooms. Staff is very friendly and at your disposal without being pushy. Breakfast is OK, good quality and with local products that you can order separately. Eggs (and also pancakes) can also be ordered seperately (with no additional cost). Swimming pool is beautiful and with a nice temperature.

hard to find. insufficient (no?) guideposts. one person of staff slightly overwhelmed upon arrival with very poor weather. no direct access to the lake.
