Very special place, quite location, nice garden with various plants, vegetables and kinds of green leaves, that tou can find on the table at the delicious breakfast. Friendly staff, Martina at the reception was very nice to us. Highly recommend to those who wont to taste real Italian willage atmosphere. Defenetly will come again.

Firstly the staff were very polite, friendly and very accommodating. It is run first class in every way. The room was beautiful and clean and well laid out. The cleaning staff should be complemented as its cleaned daily to the the highest standard. The location is fantastic. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside. It is one of the nicest places I have stayed in and I travel a lot.

The accommodation is beautiful, clean, spacious and safe. The equipment is great, the surroundings are very pleasant, quiet and peaceful, but at the same time close to the sea and the city. People are smiling, helpful, hospitable and kind. We received above-standard everything we expected and always something extra. It was a very pleasant experience. The breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was at a high level, but at the same time friendly in a pleasant homely atmosphere. We were also very pleased with the pet-friendly approach, as we traveled with our dog. We will be happy to come back. I definitely recommend!

We stayed for one night during our longer trip in February. Martina took good care of us upon arrival, in the evening she offered us delicious treats and a pleasant sitting by the fireplace. The place is quiet, accommodation clean and comfortable.

Very welcoming owner and staff, they were waiting for us at night. Superb place, spotless clean and very decent style! A place to feel at home immediately. Serene environment on the countryside, fresh clean air, absolutely quiet at night. Very rich breakfast and gluten free choices!

Nice area with a short drive to the beaches. Quiet surrounding. Easy access from motorway. Very welcoming and kind host. Nice reception with welcome drinks. Comfy rooms, nice bathroom, very tasty breakfast with home-made foods at a wide variety. Fine foods of own production available.

At first great location near Lignano (where is Aquapark). The staff is really nice and welcoming. Our room was like in a magazine- shic, modern, cozy and really clean. Breakfast is amazing. The whole experience was relaxing and we will surely come back.

Casale ai Prati was just amazing. It is beautifully furnished, homey and modern at the same time. The room was very specious and impeccably clean. The area is very calm and perfect for a peaceful getaway. Martina was so nice and gave us delicious dinner recommendations. Looking forward to our next stay here!

The house is in a really quite and beautiful location not far from the sea. Both interior and exterior aesthetics are really tasteful, with modern and comfy accomodations. Our room had a very spacious terrace with a nice view. The house has a pleasant looking and big garden. Parking is perfect. Breakfast was excellent, every day had some new delicious variation with many home made dishes. The host, Martina is very kind and professional, she took care of every request promptly and easily. She gave us very helpful recommendations in the area. 10/10 would recommend

The only thing that one could criticise is the location, you definitely need a car and it takes approximately ten minutes to the beach!

The house and rooms were great, the combination with agriculture made it a very interesting stay!
