Everything it was perfect. The people in the house are so nice and welcoming. The location with the view to San Gimignano. Very clean room and facilities. The home made breakfast and the beautiful place outside of the house. Paula gives us many infos about the area and the most beautiful places that we can visit. Its recommended!!!

I was a bit disappointed in the room. It was basic and not what I expected from photographs. There was an overpowering smell of disinfectant each day. I thought it was a bit over priced compared with other places we have stayed.

The property was located in a beautiful spot with wonderful views. Close proximity to San Giminano. Breakfast was very enjoyable and freshly made. Staff were vibrant and friendly

We absolutely loved the stunning view from the place we stayed at. Paula and her husband were outstanding hosts, making our 2-day trip relaxing and comfortable. Paula's cooking was absolutely delicious and we couldn't resist savoring every last bite. The wine recommended by our hosts was also fantastic. Our entire family was warmly welcomed and taken care of by Paula and her husband. We can't wait to visit again soon!

Paolo and Ledo (or Leto, apologies for not knowing the spelling) were just the best. Besides being a really beautiful and historic property, they went out of their way to help in any and every way possible. I couldn't say more positive things about them and the property.

Large clean rooms, easy parking, fantastic hosts. Had the best home-cooked breakfasts here of our entire trip. Hard to beat freshly pressed olive oil on warm bread.

A beautiful accommodation with very nice hosts who immediately make you feel at home. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and very clean. The breakfast is exceptionally good. It is a mixture of buffet and dishes lovingly prepared by the hosts that are served at the table. Many thanks to Paola and her business partner (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten, sorry!). Amazing breakfast, Paola and her husband were really kind and provided us with all the information we needed. The accommodation is located within a 20 min walk to San Gimignano but if you prefer not to walk the bus stop is in front of the building. A dream location with swimming pool in very nice surroundings.

A Lovely Boutique hotel so convenient for exploring the area. Easy Access to San Gimignano walking or shuttle bus and back to the peace and quiet of the hotel. The room was a lovely modern large space with a small outside space for a table and chairs. There are outside spaces for breakfast and by the pool. Fabulous breakfasts and great service from the staff who create a very welcoming atmosphere.

It was perfect. Huge room, protected against the mosquitos and very clean. Very quiet place, with villages and hike paths around. I certainly want to come back. And the best part, a wonderful and lovely couple who made my stay even better! The view during breakfast and the pool were a very big bonus. Obrigada!!!

Paola is a great host. Breakfast is great prepared a la cart. There is a variety of lunch options. Rooms are spacious and decorated in true Italian style. Swimming pool are is great for relaxation. The stay exceeded our expectations.

Was an unplanned trip so had to book last minute which was a bit expy, but its tourist season so cant complain.

if your staying at San Gimignano or want a taste of Tuscany, I'd recommend Casale Gregoriano. Its about 1km away from the Fort - so if your mobile its brilliant, its about a 15 min brisk walk to the central town area. Paola was an amazing hostess, we got in late (after 8pm) and she accommodated us. The room was fully functional with acs - also had a pool. Get up in the morning to a view that would make you smile, breakfast by our young hostess was ... amazing - great food with a view! most importantly - great coffee! And if your visiting - check out Gelateria Dondoli - best gelato I've ever had! And if you have time, I could see the hot air balloons at dawn - must've been an even more amazing experience!

Amazing location close to San Gimignano with beautiful views of the towna and Tuscan countryside. Great location for day trips to Florence, Siena and volterra. Perfect interconnecting room for families, and a lovely big pool. Had everything we needed for a 5 day stay!

We loved everything about the stay. The breakfast was exceptional, the views from the property were amazing and it was in a great location. There was a shuttle bus into San Gimignano which was perfect for visiting the town and for going for an evening meal. Paola and Gregorio were really friendly and gave us a lot of really good recommendations. Finally, if you go, we’d really recommend opting to have an evening meal (or two) at the property because the food is delicious!
