Wifi in rooms could be better. We felt unsafe a bit at night since the place had no security or anyone.

The location is in the middle of the wine region, near Serravalle Scrivia with access to the neighboring areas both on the highway and using the local infrastructure. Located in the middle of the vineyards, decorated with good taste and served by passionate and kind staff, the location is everything you want to get out of the daily tumult and taste the authentic Piedmontese life. Starting with breakfast and continuing with the restaurants in the area, the local charm conquers you. You cannot leave without a bottle of Bine wine to make you relive the experience.

I couldn’t sleep normally because all the blankets, pillows smelled washing powder with bleach. It was too annoying smell.

Well kept and newly furnished. The room was big and airy, with air conditioning. Electric kettle AND an pod coffee machine. Coffee, tea and bottled water was complementary. It is quiet and green all around.

Pretty much perfect - just a shame we couldn’t get a bite to eat on site in the evening but staff were very helpful in booking us a restaurant in Gavi.
