I've particularly appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff, always willing to help with a smile. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was varied and fresh. Good location, calm with beautiful view on the sea from the room (despite the train that passes not far from the property - It wasn't a big deal!). Will definitely go back there!

Loved my stay at Casa Giannone. It's so tranquil, surrounded by citrus plantations (what a window view!) and with a nice sea view from the other side. Yet, the town and its restaurants and the sea are just a few minutes' walk down - the perfect balance. There is a nice sunny courtyard to relax in the peaceful surroundings. The owner was friendly and cooked up a hearty breakfast based on my preferences (finally managed to get a savoury breakfast in Italy). Casa Giannone is great value and I would very much stay here again if passing through.

The place locasion in a butifule garden . very nice and with great view. The loction is very good also with family. The brekfest is very rich and tasty. The room is big and plesent. 10 min drive from bagria trin to palermo.

The property is a gorgeous land house with a big beautiful garden. The apartment was very clean with en suite bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, I literally slept like a baby. The surroundings are very green and you are perfectly situated close to train station beach and other towns to experience. Highly recommend

It was no problem for us but there is a quite a busy railway line right at the rear of the hotel which some guests may not like.

Casa Gianonne was fabulous. The property is a large renovated old property which has been restored to a very high standard. We had a room at the rear of the property with a little balcony overlooking the garden. The bed was comfortable and there was a very good shower. The reception and breakfast room are tastefully decorated. The breakfast was really good, a good selection of cereal, fruit, yogurt, meats and cheeses. The host (whose name has slipped my mind) even cooked us eggs and bacon. There is also a delicious range of freshly baked cakes and pastries. We really enjoyed our first night and decided to stay an extra night. There is a good sized private parking area which is a bonus. The beach and good restaurants are only a few minutes walk away and if you like gelato you must try La Rotonda theirs is amazing.

From our room we had a view to the sea . The rooms are very big, perfectly fine for a family of four. There is a private free parking. Restaurants and beaches are few minutes walk away.

Beautiful apartment with high ceilings, very spacious, even nicer than in the photos. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great and Luisa was a great host! It is walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Quiet location with view of the sea. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property is going through major renovations on the front of the old, beautiful building, during the weekdays, but didn't start until 8:30, so it was no bother to us.

Case Giannone was just what we needed after some time in Palermo. With sweeping views of the ocean from the grounds and room windows, the pleasant smells of citrus will welcome you to the property. Luisa was such a gracious host. She went out of her way to make sure I had gluten-free items for breakfast that were by far some of the most amazing GF products I've ever had!! These Sicilian breakfasts were the perfect start to our days exploring the beautiful area. Our clean and relaxing suite had a huge living area, great shower, wifi and comfortable bed.
