Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

LuxembourgLarge apartment, 10 minute walk to an amazing beach. Safe private parking included. Large terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast / dinner. Staff was very helpful and polite, you collect the keys from the hotel not far from the apartment. We had some requests and the staff came to the apartment to help us. Dog friendly!!!

SloveniaMain issue for us was late check-in, starting from 17:00, even though we were able to check-in earlier because the apartment was already available, the hour is not the best, especially for us who got early in the morning in Trapani and then with bus to San Vito, already very tired from traveling and on a hot day. It would be nice to have more extra towels, at least two or three of each size (for showering, not beach towels). You can get new one for 1 € (up to 4 days), but it would be nice to have more included. It would also be great if the kitchen would be stocked with basic stuff like cooking oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, garbage bags, cleaning detergent for dishes, I know this is an apartment and you have to take care of it yourself, but when you come from far away with limited luggage, you have to buy all that here and then take it back home. One more thing bothered us is that at our apartment in smaller room there was some machine noise most of the night (but not always), not sure though if it was the AC from the apartment above us or the laundry service room below us.
Receptionist, lady at the hotel, was very friendly and helpful, also gave a lot of information. We were also able to check-in earlier (thank you). The apartment was just amazing, it had 2 terraces (porches), one at front (great for having a lunch or dinner) and in the back, good for relaxation, having a drink, breakfast etc.. the apartment was big enough for a group of 4, it also has a couch you can extend for another 2, but I think for 6 adult people it would be a bit overcrowded. It has 2 air conditioners one in living space and one in bedroom, the furniture is new and modern, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, kitchenware etc.. You have a medium sized refrigerator, gas stove, oven, water heater. There is also a smaller storage space for luggage and garbage cans. There is a bakery close to the apartment, about 3 minutes walk, closest market is Despar about 5 minutes walk, the beach is about 7-10 minutes walk, depends which street you go or which part of the beach. At the apartments there is also a self laundry service, it costs 5 € (detergent is included). You also have access to a free parking spot inside the apartment complex, if you have a car.

RomaniaThere were many big ants everywhere in the apartment, got in the food, fridge, closets. Something should be done about this. The only big missing thing in the kitchen was a wine bottle opener, for Italy this is not very nice to not have something to open a wine in the first evening (we bought one next day ourselves). One roll of paper towels would also be useful. Have some toilet paper on arrival, there is only a small leftover provided.
The apartment is very spacious, with two bedrooms and one living/dining area. There are two nice terraces to enjoy in the morning and in the evening. Rooms were very clean and also the laundry (see also a needed improvement in this area). Kitchen had almost everything (including the classic coffee kettle). Private parking in the courtyard. Wi-Fi works very well (after it was repaired quickly by the staff). Very friendly staff from Hotel Trinacria is also managing the apartments. Gave us lots of information.
