Wonderful place in the heart of Montepulciano. We loved being able to stay overnight and explore the town without all the tourists. It was great having a carpark. The owners were friendly and helpful. The apartment is huge although the bedroom isn't separate from the living room by a door (it has a curtain) so bear that in mind if you are travelling with young children.

Very cosy apartment in the middle of Montepulciano. The apartment is refurbished, and has a modern feel to it. Easy check in, and effortless communication with the host. Car parking was very close to the apartment. Highly recommended.

Extra, 10 from 10, hotel. Be clever - the difference between cheap and expensive options is about 20 euro, but x2 in size! 60m^2 room is absolutely beautiful. Very clear, beds are super, 2 zones with beds. The kitchen is full of hitech equipment. Entrance to private outdoor zone on the roof with table and chairs. Quitly, in the very centre of town. Personal (Amadeus) is awesome. Always on WhatsApp, reserves a table in the restaurant, gives a piece of advice. Recommend you to taste cakes and coffee with a view on Toscana hills in Politziano cafe. It's like a piece of Vienna.

- the access to the parking place is not very clear. I recommend to provide a map with the clear location and orientations of the way to go - the partner caffe responsible for the breakfast has a trouble regarding eventual need of modifications on the configuration, like to change from a big to a small breakfast. This created a bad feeling and situation that is NOT acceptable and is the only strong comment against the hotel

Not much really, but the shower was quite small with fairly low pressure, and the sound of people walking around in the room upstairs was quite loud. An extra blanket would have been helpful.

The hosts were very nice and friendly, and very accommodating. It was a nice, well contained room in a safe and convenient location. There was wifi and a lovely outlook over the main street. Would recommend to other travellers.

The location was perfect. The room was large, spacious & comfortable. Wi-Fi worked amazing I wanted to say a massive thank you to the one staff member who helped me get from the train to the accomodation via booking me a taxi - I was really grateful. Bed was super comfy & local restaurants were Devine.

Great location in the middle of the historic city. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. Nice place to park quite close to the apartment. Very nice and helpful host - warm regards and thank you :) ... I highly recommend it!

I would have liked all three rooms for a party of 6 to be in the same building.

The staff who managed the property were wonderful, the property was in a fantastic location a little off the main street but within the historic center so a very tranquil setting and close to a major super market for food shopping. With some minor improvements to the furniture and supplies, I would rate the property a 10.0

Very nice, comfortable, clean and spacious apartment right ín the centre. Excellent place to explore the city and the surrounding area. We could park our car nearby for free It was an important extra for us. Very helpful and kind host, we can easily communicate with hím.

Amadeo was the perfect host! We were a very large group and he was so very helpful with everything! Check-in went so smoothly. He showed each of us our rooms and explained how everything worked. He called a number of restaurants to make dinner reservations for us and even came to find us when we had parked in the wrong area! He is one of the best hosts I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I highly recommend staying at Il Nobile di Montepulciano!

There's one air condition unit and it has been hot in Italy.

The apartment we stayed in was wonderful. Everything from kitchen to bathroom was clearly recently remodeled. Really wonderful apartment and location. Withinin a couple minutes to the Piazza Grande and restaurants.
