It was too cold in the apartment compared to the rest of the building. I communicated this to the management company. The thermostat is close to the heater in the hallway which was the only heater functioning, therefore all other heaters were absolutely cold. The kitchen could be equipped better with e.g. more bin bags (we had 1 for a whole week) and a wine bottle opener. We couldn’t use the bathtub because there were no instructions to it.

Very modern in good location with walking distance to a grocery store. Good restaurants very nearby. The beds were both very comfortable and the facilities (bathroom and kitchen) were brand new and clean. The management company was very responsive and helpful.

This is a top notch, exceptionally spacious apartment with all home comforts. Quality sums it up. Beautifully equipped. It’s central to Bardonecchia adjacent to both the train station and a free public car park. We absolutely loved it. You won’t get a better accommodation and it’s great value for money.

The place has huge potential ... however my apartment was still to be furnished which gave a strange impression of living in a work-in-progress space.

The second bedroom was underground at the end of a steep staircase, where it was cold, we could not use it unfortunately. This was not explained when we booked. The condo was also next to a construction site so it was not silent, but that did not depend on the owners of course.

The shower in the upper floor for some reason didn’t have enough hot water in the shower (it ran out within couple minutes), but to be fair we managed around using the other shower and we informed the facility only on departure. Hopefully they’d get it sorted. The temperature is maxed to 23 degrees, which keeps the house very warm, but wouldn’t be manageable to dry things near a heater if needed even using the towel rack. A separated heating rack would solve that issue easily. The above mentioned things didn’t hugely impact our trip, but just mentioned them to give an honest picture and as it would help improving an already very good place.

split level apartment was very spacious, even bigger than the advertised photos. location is brilliant, few minutes walk to campo smith, ski schools and renting place. very clean apartment, with smart home controls Staff very helpful, facilitated discounts for ski pass, equipment rentals. They even supported with restaurant bookings on request.

We had a constant issue with the hot water. It was either a few mins or none at all some days. To a point where they let us use another apartment to shower. Because of this inconvenience they gave us a discount for the week which was very kind and appreciated. The apartment is missing small things which they probably add in time. Its only just opened so simply room for improvement. If they had a month extra before opening, it would've probably be more complete.

Very new apartments, nice modern interior. Location was good for getting to the slopes and the town centre. Daisy was very helpful when we had an issue and to help with ski passes and rentals. If you're looking to ski in Bardonecchia, this is a great place to stay at. Especially when the hot water issue is solved.

Guessing with the apartment being brand new it lacks a number of things. The apartment is fitted with different types of power sockets on the wall. Most of them don't take a standard European travel adapter. The cupboards lack a few essentials to cook and prepare food. No coffee/ tea cups/ mugs. There was only one relatively thin pillow per bed/ person. The apartment lacks any coat hooks which would be really useful if you are on a ski holiday (which we were).

The property is newly built and in a great location for the train station, town and ski bus. Apartment was clean when we arrived. Bathroom is big with a good shower. The apartment is warm and comfortable. Lots of great eating places within a short walking distance. Two good supermarkets within walking distance.
