Tilde, the owner was very kind and helpful, she picked us up at the train station by car and she also took us to the station when we left. Welcome drink, several bottles of water, milk and different snacks were waiting for us in the fridge. The flat was quite small but very clean and confortably furnished. The location is the best. The decoration is really nice, we enjoyed the tiny detailes that made the flat very cosy.

We loved our stay at Casetta Azzurra. The apartment is compact but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's perfectly located in a quiet little street in the centre of Monopoli's beautiful old town surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants. There is free parking 10 mins walk away in a public parking lot near the port. Tilde is a kind and generous host.

Everything! Great location on a quiet street in the old town. Really well equipped apartment, with lots of cooking equipment and ingredients (olive oil, seasoning) provided. The apartment itself is very nice, with a small but charming balcony and very thoughtful decoration. Tilde, the owner, was a brilliant host. She was kind enough to pick us up from the train station, and left us water and Prosecco as a welcome gift which was very kind. I’d highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in Monopoli - it was perfect.

We loved our stay at Casetta Azzura. Tilde was such a lovely host. She picked us up and dropped us off at the train station and stocked up the fridge and pantry with cold waters, milk, cereal and biscuits on arrival. The apartment was everything we hoped for: clean, amazing location nearby lots of restaurants, a short stroll to the wonderful beaches of Monopoli and it had air conditioning which is very much needed in summer.

A characterful property located in the old town of Monopoli. The location is excellent, on a quieter residential street but adjacent to one of the main streets for cafes and restaurants and just a minute from Piazza Garibaldi and the seafront, and around 10 minutes' walk from the station. It felt safe as a single traveller. There is a big comfy bedroom with French doors. The kitchen and bathroom are small but have been carefully decorated to make good use of the space. The kitchen has a decent selection of utensils for cooking and the host had left basics like coffee and milk to get started for breakfast. Tilde was a very helpful and welcoming host, making sure I got checked in and had all the information I needed, and even giving me a lift to the station when I checked out.

the location was perfect! Just around the corner from the main piazza in the historical centre and so close to all of the beautiful beaches in Monopoli. Tilde, the host, was amazing - picked us up and dropped us off to the train station before and after our stay!

Casetta Azura is a perfect place to spend couple of days in Monopoli. We stayed for 4 nights and everything was great. The apartment is strategically located in the heart of Monopoli centro storico, and close to the beaches (walking distance). It's perfectly clean and at a glance you can see that the owner put her heart in decorating Casetta Azura :) The apartment is very cozy, rather small but well organized and equipped with all necessary items. Tilde is a great host, she picked us up from the train station, she also dropped us at the bus station the last day.

I stayed at Casetta Azzurra for 4 days. The flat is very lovely - sea theme decorations in all details. The apartment is located in perfect localisation hence I could visit all places by walking - everything is close. The landlord is very friendly and helpful - she picked us up from the station and last day drove us to the train. She prepared also the kitchen - the fridge was full of juices and weather and on the shelf, we could find some snacks. I recommend this place by my heart :)

It is like a little house with everything you need inside. You have a nice bedroom where it's cool enough so you can take a good rest. You have a fully equipped kitchen, sofa and air conditioning. The bathroom is tiny but is enough if you're not pretentious. There is also a little balcony. The house is situated in a very good location, close to the historical center of the city.

Everything was great! First, Tilde is the best host, she is there for everything you need, she is the best! Accomodation is wonderful, the great home in the heart of the old town. You have everything inside, it's very clean, and there is so many interesting details. You can eat at nice restourants, buying at many shops, going to the beach, you can walking and enjojing in all that beauty. ❤️ There is everything you need fot perfect holiday🙂

Bathroom was clogged after 3 minutes of showering and I had to keep turning the water on and off so that the water doesn't overflow the small bathroom.

Very pretty and cozy place close to the historic center. You can hear the sound from neighbors which makes you feel like you are part of their daily lives. Kitchen is very well equipped so you could buy fresh fish from a nearby fish shop and cook for yourself.

The main drawback for us was noisy neighbors, so getting a good night’s sleep was a challenge - the sound of dogs barking or some locals arguing was everpresent regardless of the time of the day (so take a pair of earplugs with you). Also, WiFi was very slow or not working at all sometimes, but it seems to be typical for the area - we’ve noticed the same happening on restaurant and cell networks.

Loved this place! Close to everything, clean and cozy, definitely good value for money. Communication with Tilde was great, and beach umbrella up for grabs was a nice surprise and definitely very useful. Would stay here again!

The wi-fi was’t working sometimes but we had our own internet, so we did’t even ask for help, there was no need. For sure they would fix it after we ask.

Perfect stay! Our host was very helpfull! She transfered us from train station to the apartment and also after our stay. We are very greateful. The aparment is in the old city center, close to the beach and lovely restaurants. Room was very clean and well-equipped. There was water in the fridge, some stuff for breakfast etc. This place is very beautiful. Totally recommend it.

The bathroom is so tiny it's most uncomfortable,the toilet is in the shower.The apartment is on the ground floor,which was a great disappointment since I especially looked for a place higher up and with natural light;the photo of the balcony misguided me. The first night neighbors were making a lot of noise, shouting throughout the night (until 4am) so I slept very poorly (and church bells started at 7am). The host asked me to sign a rental contract on arrival,which I find very strange for a 2day stay,and I think signing of a legal contract should be negotiated and mutually agreed in advance. I didn't feel respected and welcomed.
