NOTHING it was perfect.

Absolute dream. You won’t regret staying here. We’ve stayed all over Europe—London, Paris, Rome, Venice, etc etc. This was by far our favorite accommodation. From start to finish the host was amazing, great communication, kids loved the ping pong and pool, and staying in a castle! The terrace was perfect and beautiful. I’m very picky and couldn’t think of anything we disliked. The views are as if you’re in a painting. Run don’t walk! We will be returning asap!

The room could do with a thorough clean. Had mould in the shower, the bed cover and walls had marks on them. Could do with a deep clean. It is in a castle so natural light is minimal which could easily make it difficult for someone to notice these details so thought we’d mention it

Great location if you are wanting to explore Florence and the Chianti region. Awesome facilities including the pool and lots of nice places to sit outside. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. We ended up having the castle to ourselves which was a nice touch.

The only downsides were that the sofa bed was not the most comfortable and we felt the shower needed some updating, but it didn’t detract from our visit.

The castle is a beautiful place to stay. The view from the pool is just amazing! Breakfast is available on request and we had everything we needed in our apartment.

The price of breakfast was a bit much; 20 € per person we felt was a bit expensive, so we had coffee & croissants in the village.. Either than that, all was perfect.

Beautiful castle, we felt very priviledged to have stayed there. Comfortable rooms and beds. Separate laundry area, which was great for us. Beautiful swimming pool and gardens. Will come back definitely.

We had an amazing time there. The place itself is absolutely gorgeous, the views are phenomenal. The staff was very nice and hospitable, and the room very clean, spacious and cozy with lovely tuscan design and little closet kitchen. We will recommend this place to anyone going to Tuscany!

The Castello is located within a unique and historic scenery. We just loved to stay in this monumental and stunning castle!

Everything, especially the location, the building, pool, view, staff!! Really it was amazing experience to have the opportunity to be here. Very friendly and nice staff, the quite, view fron the pool, everything was so clean and calm and cosy. We really love this place. And the breakfast…you really feels like king on this place :) We will come back for sure ❤️

Beds felt a bit stiff, though the size was very nice. A loooot of mosquitoes. They were definitively the most annoying part of our visit. But that is not a problem the castle has, it's the entire Tuscan region, but do visit a pharmacy for some bite cream/spray, and ask the staff to give you some mosquito repellants.

This visit was simply phenomenal. Such a romantic set up. Very quiet and private. Even with all apartments occupied, we rarely saw each other and always felt like we are the only ones in the castle. The views are incredible. Imagine yourself having breakfast in a royal room in a castle, with antique furniture and window overlooking the Tuscan hills covered with vineyards and Olive plantations. Well this is exactly how breakfast here is. Though it is a castle, the ambience is phenomenal, rooms are renovated with all commodities needed.

The bedrooms we stayed in were not clean and the the bedding and bathrooms need a serious update. Just a super clean would be helpful.

This property is amazing and the history incredible. It was a privilege to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
