Location was great. We were across the street from the Castle/museum. We were able to sight see and sit outside and enjoy the views while enjoying drinks. We were a ten minute walk to the Milan Cathedral and Duomo Square, it was amazing. Plenty on great places to eat, both formal dinning as well as casual dining.

The property had great character. We loved that the old lift was kept as part of the character and charm of the building.

The location was great. We were right across from the park and walking distance to the Duomo. So easy to walk to the places we wanted to visit and close to the Metro station. The staff was so great!

If British, you prefer access to milk for tea facilities in the bedroom, and not just milk powder. If fresh is not available in the communal fridge , UHT would be acceptable,

I liked everything about the property except the first night I was there there was a party somewhere in the building which was pretty loud. But they do provide ear plugs if you need them.

The location is excellent and it’s very easy in and out. It was also helpful that they had a lift to make it easier to get upstairs.

The only negative thing about the room is that the TV is diagonal and difficult to watch from the bed.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. The room and toilet were spotless. It was very nice to have free beverages in the fridge. Thank you very much for keeping our suitcases after checkout.

Everything was absolutely above and beyond my expectations. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, and the amenities were top-notch. But what really made my stay special was the exceptional service I received. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, also give as drink and snacks. Also I want to mention that we arrived early before check-in time, and they were happy to store my bags for me until my room was ready. They also store my bags after I checked out, which was a huge help. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality!

Can't really criticize anything, booking process all worked well, access to the building and room was via a code, no keys to worry about, all in all a great venue.

The venue is within 5 minutes of the main attractions in the City centre. The room was large, with a second room so plenty of space to relax. Fridge and tea/coffee making facilities as well as one or two welcome gifts which was a nice touch. Also very close (6 minutes walk) to Milano Cadorna train station, with direct service to Malpensa airport every half hour, so really convenient all round.

. The location is outstanding, walking distance to the centre of town/Duomo, and 2 minute walk from the metro which is extremely convenient. The place is extra clean and the staff are outstanding , friendly and very helpful. Beds are very comfortable, and there is a fridge in the room with some water, soft drinks and beer, all free of charge. I can only praise this place and highly recommend it. No breakfast served at the guest house itself, but they do provide a 20% discount card to a really nice place for breakfast located just around the corner
