United KingdomBreakfast buffet could be improved - for example by adding some fresh fruit, or improving the cheese and cured meats selection - items on display were a little bit disappointing except for yogurt which was always fresh. The Restaurant could've been better, there are I think much better options across the Island.
Room was very bright, clean and generally lovely. Great bathroom and very good facilities. We stayed on a room with a view on the hill from one side, and on the sea over the other side: it made for a very bright stay and the views are actually fantastic. Staff was great, very helpful and kind, and always available. The room and bathroom were very clean.

United KingdomI'm so glad we stayed here and would come again, the hotel is perfectly located just up the hill from Giglio Porto. Breakfast and coffee were good with a lovely view and service. The staff are great and super helpful, the hotel shuttle was amazing and made it really easy to travel to the nearby beaches and to go to the Port for dinner. Just outside the hotel there is a bus stop which takes you to Castello and Campese beach on the other side of the island. Our room was large and clean with a comfy bed and good shower.

SloveniaThe atmosphere of the castle, the ultra friendly staff, the pick-up and drop-off navetta are simply the best features so far. The hotel is a walking distance from the Porto and it has a nice view of the town being uphill.

I loved the location and the outgoing support from the staff. There's a superb concierge service (Tomas and Francesco) and a incredibly kind driver named Ranji that shuttles guest endlessly around the island.

Great location - walking distance to Porto and to Arenella beach with hotel shuttle services to bring you back up the hill. Bus stop outside the gates for Castello and Campese. Sea views, friendly staff, good food at the restaurant.

The situation was ideal, above the port but within easy access and close to the bus stop. The hotel also had a free shuttle service from the port. When we travelled to Giglio Campese for a meal we were told there was over an hour wait for a taxi so we rang the hotel and they came to pick us up and simply charged the normal taxi fare. The staff just couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. The dining room had a fabulous view overlooking the sea and had a good selection of cold foods but they were also happy to cook some eggs if requested. The hotel ensured that we had a perfect stay and was very good value.
