Perhaps it was a little more expensive than I would have expected.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The location is perfect for all the main sites and plenty of restaurants close by.

The only thing that I can think of is that I would have preferred the eggs and sausages at breakfast to be a bit hotter.

Our suite was considerably larger than expected. The bedroom was grand. The staff were lovely. Walking distance to most of the city sites.

The hotel is new. it was a historic building that turned into a hotel. All rooms in the hotel has painted ceiling renaissance style. Modern bathroom with toiletries, and heated floor. little kitchenette with dish washer. our room had an alter original to the building. the best part was the heated pool, sauna and gym. we reserved time to access the heated pool and sauna. it was the best!!! the stay in this specific location change the vibe and atmosphere. it is very central to the old city with all attractions lime Uffizi gallery, David at the Accademia Gallery and the cathedral of Santa Maria Del Fiore. the hotel was 20 minutes walk from the main train station.

The room only had 1 key card but we managed to work around this inconvenience with an actual room key. The only problem was that you need the card to turn on lights. Not a big deal.

The lighting in the bedroom was not as good as we expected. I had to read my book in the sitting room because there was not enough light in the bedroom.

They could only give us one room key, which made it a bit difficult if you wanted to do some solo exploring and come back to the room separately.

This is a castle! Wow! Everyone should stop here if they want to step back in time and immerse themselves in the history of Florence. Located right in the center. All attractions are within 300 meters. Cleaning every day. You can leave your luggage after check-out and walk around the city. Wonderful hotel in Florence.

A quirky place but delightful with helpful and friendly staff and a laid- back atmosphere. The pool was wonderfully warm. Plenty of variety at breakfast and lovely coffee. Very close to Uffizi, Santa Croce and Duomo.

The mattresses could be better.

The location was perfect for our boys. Close enough to walk all the sites/museums and next to Piazza Santa Croce to end the day running around while we relaxed. Everything functioned well enough at the apartment. There aren’t really any windows though so you might need a/c during summers.

the only full length mirror in the room was mostly covered with a decal. Since the room was pretty small it was almost impossible to have a look at your outfit for the day. I might recommend putting another one somewhere in the basketball theme room? Bathroom was not well cleaned. mold in the shower and wall area above sink never wiped. Nightstands not cleaned each day with room cleaning. Just a few minor things that would make the overall cleanliness factor better. Lastly the pool access is limited, Only 1 hour per day by reservation. They should list this in their marketing, as the pool was a big draw for me and it was dissapointing that I had to go to the front desk and make an appointment for the pool and come back at appt time and get a key for access and a towel. Not exactly convenient. However I would say it wasn't detrimental to the stay. Just not what I had expected. Still a great location, walk to everything easily.

There were not any spaces to open the suitcases like a table … and they didn’t have slippers and robes in all the rooms. also they didn’t have cotton buds and the likes
