The breakfast could be better. The eggs were cold, no choice of cheese or sausage. The hotel description says it's including transfer. This is misleading, the transfer doesn't work at night, we landed at 2AM - no transfer. And the worst thing is that the hotel staff doesn't answer Booking messages!

The beds are comfy and the room is really big, the shower is good and the wifi works well. The coffee and croissants were really good.

No shuttle and no buses from airport to the hotel from midnight till 5 AM, and the one (!) mile ride from airport cost 20 euros by taxi! At the end of November the blanket was not part of the bed, and it was not accessible at all after midnight.

The check-in was open 24/7 and it was a major plus. We were able to use free shuttle to get to the airport in 5 (!) minutes. View of Etna was gorgeous from the balkony. Breakfast was much better than the "standard continental", but not Italian special.

We waited the airport transport for 1h 30mins, so I do not recommend to use. They say that airport minibus (Citroen 8-seat van) runs every 30mins, but that is not true. We waited all the time at the correct pick-up location, but it came only after we had called the hotel multiple times. Airport transport from hotel to airport was ok. There are way better hotels further away from the airport with cheaper price.

Thought staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Corridor carpet on 3rd floor was stained. Could not get any English news program on tv.

Left very early in the morning so didn’t have breakfast. On offer was machine coffee and stale-looking tart.

Sadly reported the shower was broken it was not sorted . The breakfast was very unexciting . The rooms did not have a kettle or water provided .

Location and allowed us in early as it was raining.lovely big clean room,very comfortable bed and pillows and bedding. Nice bathroom . There was excellent service of a transfer to the airport .

They could have had more two person rooms on booking.com, because half the hotel was empty and we had to book a 4 person room for two people. If you do not book well in advance, you'll probably end up paying 400 euros per night or sleeping on the airport's floors. So book in advance . The restaurant is a bit dark and uninviting.

The pool, the nearby cafe Parisi, the Carabinieri parking lot, the cats, the landlady, the shuttle guy, the waiter's haircut. And as opposed to other reviews, the hotel's restaurant food was quite good, the wine by the glass was okay. Of course they have better more expensive wines.

Dinner was absolutely terrible. Grilled vegetables were 7 poor pieces of grilled zucchini and aubergine.

Breakfast was very good, many options for all tastes. Room was clean and spacious.

Clean, pleasant and convenient. Staff were very efficient and helpful but as a typical airport hotel, there are lots of short stays and people coming and going so they are under more pressure. The rooms and public areas are very spacious and spotlessly clean. Nights are generally quiet and the breakfast is generous. The pool is surprisingly large and there are dramatic views of Etna from the north side of the hotel. Despite some difficulties, the staff went above and beyond to make sure that the airport shuttle got us to the airport in good time (whilst it is only a ten minute walk to the terminal, the lack of pavements makes it exciting!). Overall, excellent value for money.

The view from the window. It tries to be a high end hotel but with its location. It is in a very industrial looking area. Also if you look closely, the place is a bit tired. If you don’t like firm beds, this is not the place for you The price was high for shoulder season in that location. I know you pay for the convenience of the airport but still.

The room was large but the lay out was odd. One king bed plus 3 singles. There was room for a massive bathroom but instead there was a large area with just a lone sink in it. There was a balcony but it looked over a derelict factory. The shuttle pick up was speedy. Check in was quick and they were very flexible with check out time Breakfast was good. The usual fair with delicious chocolate croissants

Slow response to request for more pillows but they did arrive eventually. Food was passable in fact scrambled eggs were great! More typical of a conference hotel, more a canteen than a restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Recommend booking airport shuttle as it runs every half hour and gets full easily. You can walk to the terminal in 15 minutes but on mainly central reservation so not easily with big luggage. Bar is expensive. No evident lounge service.

Wonderful large deluxe room with balcony overlooking Etna, spacious with plenty of hot water, good towels. Quiet. Handy restaurant is on site as only a couple of local 'bars' in walking distance. Free shuttle bus. Outdoor pool was quiet and clean. Cheery service in restaurant. Mini bar contains only water which is charged. Handy shop on site for gifts.

I was expecting air-conditioning on the room and didn't have it. It was quite warm and it made slight uncomfortable to sleep.
