I liked to location, the size of the room was good and the breakfast excellent. The whole place was spotlessy clean. We did not meet the owner but he's been very friendly and available via text messages. Rooms are quiet and we had a very good night rest after a busy day!

Everything was great from start to finish. Room was lovely..very clean..kettle and coffee maker..fridge and mini bar. Bathroom on small side but again absolutey spotless ..toiletries in there and also toothbrushes too!! Breakfast left outside room in morning and was amazing!! Im gluten free and there was something every day for me!! A great stay 😊😊😊

We booked this very last minute due to a change of plan. We were met by ‘Fra’ at 1.15am as our flight was delayed! and there was constant communication. Despite of the hour arriving we were made to feel very welcome, the room and facilities are amazing a big thank you!

Perfect first night in Italia! We recently stayed at the Catone Luxury Rooms in Roma after a relatively fraught travel experience with substantial flight delays and then being pickpocketed on the Roma Metro. Marghe was compassionate, friendly, and very helpful as we made our way to the "sanctuary" of her hospitality. The suite exceeed our expectations - perfectly clean, perfectly located just a few blocks from the Metro and with very easy access to with everything we needed, one of the all-time best showers, a generously stocked mini-fridge, and a perfect breakfast delivered to our room first thing in the morning - all-in an excellent "Value Proposition"! Well done Catone Luxury Rooms!

Breakfast was excellent delivered on a trolley outside room every morning. A lot of variety provided. Looks out onto a typical courtyard with orange trees. Host very helpful getting a taxi for us in the morning.

The room was super clean, loved the fact that they had a fridge with beers, juice, milk, water, and candy for free. The rooms also smelled great and breakfast was ready outside our door earlier than expected, which helped because our flight was very early in the morning. Will 100% book again when back in Rome!

Of course that every human has his own preference, but my experience with the bed matress and pillows was not so good. They felt very uncomfortable.

Great communication with the host, always very responsive. The room was clean and tidy, they serve breakfast on a cart infront of your door. There is an option to leave your luggage after check-out if your flight is in the evening. You can pay the city tax by card, which is convenient. The location is awesome, 3 minutes waliing distance from Ottaviano metro station and a walking distance from Vatican city. For a good coffee and pastries, I can recommend Parenti bakery (2 minutes walk)

Spacious, modern room inside a lovely apartment building that is minutes from the Vatican. Excellent amenities, great wifi and water pressure in the shower, brand new heating/AC unit. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows, and everything was spotless. Loved the water machine in the hallway that provided complimentary sparkling or still water for guests. Very easy to communicate regarding check in/out and it was no problem to leave our bags for several extra hours.

The room was extremely comfortable, clean and calm. There were nearby facilities, and it was minutes walk from one of the Metro lines. The breakfast outside the bedroom door in the mornings was very welcome.

The fact I didn't stay longer ☺️ but I'll be back!

In a word, it is a hidden gem in the heart of Rome; in many words, it is a lovely, small, cozy, clean place with an excellent breakfast and everything you might need, like a small mini-bar (with free goodies, never saw it before) coffee machine, kettle, Service above and beyond and cleanliness at a level I haven't seen in a long time (and I'm traveling a lot; I visit dozens of hotels a year), and all this without mentioning dear Francesco, who welcoming the guests & does everything to make the stay more pleasant, helpful, and offers help in everything that is needed! Highly recommended for couples, individuals, and those who need a stay with the best value for money that can be found in Rome!

The only downside to the property was it was a distance from the main tourist attractions which involved a long walk or getting a cab.

Room was a good size with great facilities including a kettle and a fridge which was stocked with soft drinks, milk etc for our use. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice to suit every palate. Foom window looked out onto a lovely little courtyard that you could sit in if weather good.
