How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Staff not very friendly. Nobody around at breakfast. Sat myself down and got on with it.

Didn't pay for breakfast. Too expensive at €16.99 per person.
Spacious and clean. Nice foyer. Convenient to train station. Comfortable bed.

Hotel is literally oposite the Pisa Centrale train station. It is around 1.5km walk to the leaning tower. Lots of shops and food places along the way. We were told by some of the staff at restraunts that the area around the train station isn't safe at night, however there are police and army vehicles and personnel located at points along the way, so we felt very safe!

Breakfast a bit basic but adequate. Shame it doesn’t have hotel bar and instead a 24 hr self service counter.
Great location perfect for station and into the old parts of the city. Room very comfortable clean and quiet. Good reception staff on check in and check out.

Property was good,girl on reception very slow and surly.
Next to the train station and 25 mins walk through the town to the tower.

Rooms a little dated
Very convenient opposite the railway station and an easy walk to the Leaning Tower . Staff very welcoming. Liked the small refreshments by reception. Good selection in the vending machine, even able to purchase wine! Rooms spotlessly clean although a little dated. Very quiet due to deep double glazing. Breakfast was very good. Great selection and good coffee machine. Would stay again.

Likely breakfast ( which we couldn't have as we were going to airport early) Breakfast needs to have more substance than just light breads and sweets..
Location : close to train station and people mover to the airport; also easy walking in Pisa: it was a great find!

The hotel check out time is 1200 noon, but when I request l check out at 1pm, the hotel need me to pay extra money $15/hour, really disappointed.
Good and any choices for European buffet breakfast. And location is very close to railway station.

Room temperature was very warm. Admittedly the outside temperature was unseasonably warm but the air conditioner was struggling.

There was s bit too hot during nights and we have not manage to change it by air conditioning control. I still do not get why mini bar drink prices are so high. So we better went out for a drink.
We stayed in Superior room and it was perfect to us. Nice room, comfy bed, spacy and clean bathroom. Make sure you do not miss breakfasts as they are really really nice. But in case you do not need much in the morning there is a bistro just next corner. The place opposite the Station is a bit busy, but it is so handy to be so close if you plan like us to go to Firenze or sea side. There were doubled glass balcony doors, so it was completely quiet during nights. But we kept them closed of course. All the hotel staff we met were really professional and helpful. Highly recommend!

Rooms a bit dated.
As was heading to airport next day, the location next to the train station was perfect. Also a 5 min walk to the Keith Haring mural!

The water pressure on the 5th floor is just or what it should be to have hot powerful shower these days.
Upgrade to suite, having paid for a family room. Great having 2 bathrooms. Having stayed in a family room only a few days earlier this was much better. The AC worked very well and the bed was better.
