No help low staff

On arrival no one to help for luggage was with my wife who is disable there was no water supply in room i think there were sort of staff

The bathroom was very cramped, water from the shower sprayed everywhere and kept getting everything wet.

The view from the balcony over the water. The salt water pool was very refreshing. The bar made great Aperol Spritz to enjoy poolside or in deck chairs. Free use of an umbrella and deck chairs for visit was great

Nothing to complain about..

The breakfast at this property was absolutely fantastic, as it was a breakfast buffet it could keep you going nearly up to dinner time, and the people who served there were so lovely. Even though we did not speak Italian it still worked with a few words from us and hand signals. Very pleased

The hallways/staircases were very rundown/shabby. Everything could use a fresh paint job.

The location was great. I loved our little balcony, and the air conditioning in the room was so appreciated! The beds were very comfortable!

The location of hotel was amazing, the pool and restaurant were fantastic Staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much. This hotel is easy to get to via train from Rome

There were few things I felt were unacceptable. The 'life guards' by the poolside clearly have favorites. I say this because they were very unprofessional in the way they dealt with me. I asked to get sun bed and umbrella which they gave me, but I asked to change because I didn't like the location. They told me I couldn't, when I asked why they couldn't give me a reason and I insisted to get a respond, after back and forth they said due to COVID, each is reserved for the rooms. I understood and stayed at my position, however the next day I could see from my room view that my reserved sunbed was given to some one else. Therefore, for my health and safety, I stayed by the cafe, instead of the poolside. I wasn't sure if they lied to me or if they didn't care about my health and wellbeing. In short, I would have appreciated the honesty and care.

Overall my stay was enjoyable! I enjoyed every minute of my stay at the hotel. I was working most of the day, but getting the sea view room made work less stressful. From the beginning of the trip, getting picked up by one of the owners because the taxi was unavailable until my check out, I truly enjoyed my stay.

Room could have been cooler.

The breakfast and view was perfect. Room clean and quiet... but the air conditioning was nothing more than a fan. Anyone who needs a cool room at night will not get it. That being said, I know some Italian hotels turn the cold air off until the summer .. (giving them the benefit of the doubt). But it was June. The air outside was cool but mosquitoes came in .. so window open wasn’t an option. The private beach across the street wasn’t swimmable. All rocks. The pool was clean, though I didn’t go in.

Nothing - everything was great!

The room was very comfortable with all the needed amenities and comfortable and clean. The view was amazing. The front desk staff was very helpful.

It was too quiet for us, completely different to what I read on google. I didn't like the fact that everything closed around 10pm including your restaurant. The staff had a lack of knowledge of the immediate area, we asked where we could buy a phone adaptor, but when we went to the main road, we went into a dress shop and asked, the lady told us there was an electrical shop across the road where we went and bought an adaptor, why couldn't a member of the hotel staff tell us that. On the Friday night there was a wedding reception being held in the restaurant, we went over to get a cup of tea, but clearly, because we were not eating, they man in charge didn't want us there, we felt very uncomfortable. As there was nothing to do, as mentioned we went to our room to watch TV, I was surprised that there was not even one English speaking channel.

Nothing in the surrounding area. Hotel rooms are tired. Menu choice in restaurant disappointing.

Some of the facilities were tired and dated, particularly the restaurant. The food was very average. A couple of the staff were really rude and we were not the only ones who commented on this. One older woman working on the breakfast shift was like someone out of the military! Also the taxi that the hotel arranged for us to take us 1.5 kms to the train station wanted 50 Euros. This developed into a confrontation with the taxi driver and in the end he settled for 30 euro. Should have been no more than 10😡😡😡😡please be aware of this. See photo

The swimming pool and access to the sea were great-just right across the road. Fantastic views by day and by night. Specious top floor apartment.

Life guards behave like doormen favouring non residents on sunbed positions as others have mentioned. Restaurant food nowhere near as good as other restaurants it’s very average

The girls are all super polite on reception and pool cafe.
