The decor in the bathroom in was a little tired.

Huge room and bathroom. Helpful staff. Very good coffee. The atmosphere was like a set from a Montalbano episode.

Beautiful room with comfy beds, nice view. Everythibg was very clean and neat. The staff was friendly and very polite. Nice bonus that we had a small hallway between our room and our private bathroom, which made the stay more comfortable for two people staying in one room.

Just below the balcony there is an Arabian bar that works until 3-4AM on Friday and Saturday and 1-2 AM on work days and they play very very loud music. This was not a problem particularly to us, because we used to come home late and very tired, but might be irritating for some people.

The hotel has great location - in the very center of the city, which was very convenient. The hist is extremely nice and helping. The rooms are amazing -the look exactly as they do in the pictures and even better I might add. We felt like we were staying in a palace. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. The place is really amazing! There was coffee, which was great detail that we are very grateful of! Below the balcony there is a blue parking zone (1 euro per hour) and there were always parking spaces available.

very good location close to the bus stop, just 3 minutes away from the theatre which is in the city centre, although it can get really busy and loud in the night, especially on weekends there is noise. the apartment was beautifully decorated. there was some coffee, tea etc. breakfast is provided in one bistro nearby for 2€ I guess. the staff was very kind and helpful.

It can be a little noisy, due to the traffic. Not all the rooms have private bathroom (we had our room changed after the first night). The first room we had has chill (december), the only way to raise the temperature was the AC, witch wasn't working. The second room had much more light, and sun so no need hot heat. Some of the facilities (bathroom) are old: the window could not be shut properly.

Perfect location if you want to visit old Palermo. Close to lots of restaurants, bus stations (including the one for the airoport). Very clean, helpful staf. Large rooms, confortable bed.

First of al the location! It is near by everything its is right in the centre of palermo. The room was really beautiful with a amazing high sealing and a great view. The air conditioning was great! The beds comfy and the bathroom fine! Big shoutout to the owner who are really nice and helpful! Go here!

There was no one there to ck us in recieved a video call telling me how to get to the room and to enter code to get room key!! We needed to drag our luggage up 2 flights of stairs in the dark to get to the elevator!! Did not see anyone until the next day to pay and never saw anyone again when a man entered our room without permission to accuse us of smoking in the room which was the people in the room ne t to us and had to buy toliet paper it was a nightmare!!

extremely loud due to a row of rowdy restaurants playing music late at night! shower was tiny and shower head would not stay in place, plus no soap holder. Extremely uncomfortable to take a shower.
