I did not like it. The room they gave me had a continuous noise apparently from the air system. Non stop. I asked the front desk to change my room but they didn’t. They said the hotel was full but it wasn’t. Parking lot was empty and I spotted two couples during breakfast. I had to use ear plugs which did not help much. The noise was non stop all through the night. There was also a funky horrible smell in the corridor.

Actually, I did not like the hotel. 😔

The air-conditioning wasn't working. Consequently, it was hard sleeping on the first night as the temperature was 23.5oC in the room. There was a note stating that due to the energy crisis, the government mandated that air con can only be turned on when the temperature goes above 26oC. The note went on to say that the heating only goes on when the temperature goes below 19oC. It's not the hotels fault, but it takes from the experience.

Very nerrow spiral ramp to car parking.

Breakfast was great (very good continental breakfast buffet with variety of savory and sweet). Easy walking distance to centre. Large, clean modern rooms. We were provided with good quality emegency toothburshes as our luggage had notmade the connecting flight.

The Breakfast was ok, the coffee good. The Bed was extremely comfortable, with good quality pillows and nice pure cotton bedding. We had a room at the rear of the hotel which was quiet, a room at the front would be quite noisy I think. The underground parking was a plus for a very reasonable price, with the parking spaces larger than most. The staff were friendly, the room very clean, I would book this hotel again.

Well located hotel in Novara, close to the station and city centre. The staff was quite nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and had all the facilities you would need for a stay during a business trip. The breakfast was just normal as usually available in other hotels.

The lighting in the room was very low. Why on earth can't hotels give us better?

Location, across the square from the station, and 10 minutes stroll into the main retail and attraction area was ideal. Room was large and comfortable. Shower was excellent. Breakfast good enough with a good variety of things. A comedy of errors with door keys and a defective safe tested our Italian which is minimal and their English, not a great deal better. But things were managed with charm, patience, and good humour. I'd judge this as a really good business hotel in a city that does not cater much for tourists. Ideal for a one nighter en route to Turin.

The parking is private but you need to stop your car outside a closed gate on a somewhat busy little road and push a button to open the gate. Very inconvenient.

Very easy access to parking and walking into old city center. Despite being in front of the train station it was very quiet at night

Noisy from both road and guests above.. Disappointed it wasn't soundproofed as stated on website.
