The hotel definitely needs renovation, the breakfast area is very small. We ordered room service several times, and everything was good except for the pizza (very unexpected :))

i only didnt like that the duvet was not put in a case but between 2 sheets which i didnt find very hygienic. i asked for a case for my duvet but they said they dont have any. The only reason for not choosing this hotel again although all other positive things will be that non hygienic practice.

Rooms a little dated. Decour a little dated overall. Could have had a little more variety for breakfast. Could have given us new bottles of water each day.

The breakfast area was a little crowded at times - but that just because of the number of people staying at the hotel!

This hotel was good. You couldn’t ask for a more central location especially the close proximity to the Brera area! There are so many good restaurants there! The staff at the hotel were excellent regarding information about Milan and the area of the hotel. Breakfast was good-but not outstanding. The room we stayed in was clean comfortable and good value for our money. We’d stay here again!

It is rather dated and the rooms /bathrooms need refurbishment. I would else expect breakfast to be included in the very high prices they charge.

You could hear conversations from other guests through the air vents including snoring 1 x Bar staff not at all friendly

The air-condition controller (room 422) not functioning well, as there is no digital/analog indication of the temp, and it was not possible to change it (the room was overheated), so we had to.open the window (outside temp was about 6-10c) in order to ballance the room temp. Also the manual key to the door was turning/opening with great difficulty (probably there is a need to oil the lock 's mechanism). We brought the last item to the attention of the staff.

The location is good as all the old-citiy's main attractions are at a walking distance of 15-20 minutes. The breakfast was relatively good and tasty. The staff was very attentive, professional and useful. The Wi-fi reception in the Rooms was good. There was no outside street noise in our room.

The city tax is 5 euro per night. This is not fault of the hotel but I think it could be a problem for tourists who would like to spend many days with their family… anyway there were not other things I didn’t like

Break fast restaurant is little small space, if you are with your many family member or wake-up late, you might need to wait for your turn.

Breakfast has quite various fresh fruits and I enjoyed very much. Location is Ok, and hotel staff is nice. Though they couldn't prepare twin beds, they changed right away at the moment of my check-in. I reserved exclusive room but first allocation is not same like picture, however they changed room right away as well. 2 ladies enjoyed to stay 3 night in exclusive room, good space to have big bathroom, closet, table for make-up, small sofa, nice bed.
