Very pleased with this nice high-end boutique hotel in a good location. We were pleasantly welcomed upon arrival and during entire stay, no wait for an early check in. Modern and very clean. Spacious king bed room with huge walkout patio balcony including a patio set and umbrella, a nice unexpected surprise. Nice view. Super comfortable bed with memory foam pillows. Private and quiet. Nice upper floor breakfast area also with a nice view, good buffet food. Felt very safe. Easy walk to tourist attractions/restaurants. Would absolutely recommend and will stay here again.

Really great staff. I dont think I have ever been ina cleaner hotel. Sparkling bathrooms. Quiet. Nic cozy rooftop for breakfast and cocktails. Pretty central for walking to most attractions.

Everything met my expectations

Brand new hotel, beautiful and clean rooms with luxurious bathrooms. The hallways smelled really nice and it was very quiet. They had big flat screen tvs in the room with netflix/disney+/hulu/etc. The breakfast was enjoyable. Overall a very comfortable and safe place to stay.

My room was small, but I didn't mind because I was staying alone. Everything else was great.

The hotel was beautiful, modern and comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. The location was great, walking distance to Roma Termini and many many attractions and restaurants and shops. The neighborhood felt safe.

There is no option of food room service in hotel

The hotel location is just perfect for a walk around rome, we stayed only 3, we took the room with two sofa beds it was spacious. Furniture was modern and new. All the staff from reception especially Alexandria was really friendly.

No need for a long review. Location✅️ 10 - 15 minutes from the colosseum , trevi, spanish steps. 20 minutes to capitoline museum , Pantheon The Vatican is the other side of the river but as we discovered on our walk back. Rome had something to offer Literally EVERYWHERE you go. So the walk back was just a chance to discover more of this incredible city. Comfort✅️ Bed was a big bed for a standard double. Very very comfortable too Could not fault a single thing. We had a standard double room. Air con✅️ Mini Fridge✅️ Ensuite✅️ Stsff✅️ All of the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Whether it was recommending restaurants (they are genuinely very good restaurants) or organising taxis. Nothing was any trouble . Alassandra, you're a🌟 Breakfast✅️ Rooftop garden terrace for breakfast was a great start to the day. Huge selection of food. When we go back to Rome we will book CC Palace Hotel again. Stop looking for another hotel. If CC Palfrey is available. Book it!

Everything! The staff were amazing, very nice, extremely helpful and even surprised us with a cake and wine for my wife's birthday 😀 The hotel very close to the main attractions and the main train station as well.

Room was slightly smaller than expected but not a problem as didnt go to Rome to spend lots of time in the room It was clean and modern in style which was great

Had a lovely stay at the CC Palace. Location was great and staff very friendly. Big thanks to Leonardo Bed was very comfortable and decent priced restaurants in easy walking distance

Staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an anjoyable stay. They were always so friendly and provided great service. If you're interested in food, talk to Alessandra at the front desk. She gave us amazing restaurant recommendations and we're so thankful! The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was great too.
