The hotel is close to many sightseeing spots, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The breakfast on the terrace is delicious with a variety of options. Our room was spotless and quiet; housekeeping did an excellent job. A heartfelt thank you to Alessandra at the reception. We arrived in Rome to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and Alessandra provided excellent restaurant recommendations and arranged a special greeting for my daughter at breakfast, which was a delightful surprise. When we returned to the hotel late in the evening, Alessandra was the first to ask, "How did your birthday celebration go along?" On our last day, we left our luggage at reception to spend a few final hours in the city. We miscalculated the time, got caught in traffic, and had to run across the city center to pick our suitcases on the way to the train station. When we finally reached the hotel, exhausted and desperate, the lady at reception (whose name we didn't catch) offered us water, called a taxi, and literally saved us. Thanks to her quick assistance, we made it to our train just in time. All in all, it's 10 out of 10 to the staff. The kindness and attention of the hotel's staff created a very special atmosphere, making us feel noticed, welcomed, and cared for.

In the center of Rome. Most attractions are within walking distance. If you have only limited time, it is a great choice to get around quickly. Hotel ist clean, rooms are smart designed and spacey enough for even 3 persons.

The most welcoming staff, accommodated all our needs, gave great advice on places to go and were super frienfly! .Also our room was upgraded for no additional cost. Nice upper floor breakfast area also with a nice view, good buffet food. Felt very safe. Easy walk to tourist attractions/restaurants. Would absolutely recommend and will stay here again.

The room have the sink in the bad-room not in the bathroom even if I booked not for this solution. However, the stuff kindly suggested us to highlighted this the next time to avoid this.

The position is top for visiting various interesting place in Rome and is few minutes from train station. Vary nice decorated room, comfortable bad with many pillows, tv, hairdryer, good continental breakfast. The staff is accommodating, kind and always available to satisfy the guest's requests.

There could have been space between the single beds but it wasn't the worst thing, we just moved the beds out ourselves. I mean that's just if I had to say something I didn't like.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We arrived very late and the staff settled us in quickly with all the relevant info. The location was perfect as well.

Extremely central hotel, walking distance to lots of attractions. Bed was super comfortable, breakfast was fresh and tasty, coffee was delicious and having tea and coffee facilities in the room was great. Wifi worked well. Our group had drinks on the rooftop terrace which was lovely.

All the staff, especially the receptionists, is very kind and helpful. The hotel is brand new and very clean, elegant and in a strategic position to visit many attractions. The room was comfortable, heated, with a large television, very hot shower and hairdryer. Breakfast is good and is held in a comfortable and panoramic place.
