The room was very dirty, the dustpan under the beds had not been cleaned for a long time. The room and bathroom very unmaintained and broken.

"It was around the Termini station, but it was far from the center and the surroundings didn't seem very safe. If you're coming alone or with other females, I wouldn't recommend choosing this place. The transportation wasn't very good, but it was reasonable considering the price. The cleanliness was average. There was a hairdryer available."

I need my refund money before I report to other department

No air condition working when temp was 42 , they accept the problem and happy to refund my one night money refund when I report to problem and they are happy to refund but still not get my refund instead they refused after complete refund form

Location is good, close to termini, hotel is good for just to sleep and take a shower. If you are planning a long trip, it is definitely not recommended. We stayed for 2 nights and had problem with the AC. They changed our room twice however AC did not work in those rooms either. About this problem, the staff did not apologize or offer a compensation. We spent 2 nights without sleeping. The last day they changed our room again, AC problem was fixed but before that our stay was a complete disaster. I would rate this hotel 4 out of 10.

Terrible experience!!!! You wanna know what’s working??? Nothing. - The AC is controlled by reception and always off, and when you force them to turn it on you will not be able to sleep because of its noise. - Wifi isn’t working. - No electricity near the bed so if you wanna charge your phone you should put it 3 meters away. - Horrible noises (trams passes near by and the refrigerator in the room makes annoying noise). - You have to wake up with the sunrise because the curtains are so thin. I am glad it was only one night. I don’t recommend this hotel AT ALL.

Facilities were not good. Bathroom size is too small. AC not working well. No cooling. In the middle of the night AC goes off.

Location of the hotel is good. Breakfast was ok. Hotel Staff especially the Asian girl on the front desk was very nice cooperative. She tried her best to help us.

There were no handsoap, body soap & flat iron. The bathroom smells bad and had a destroyed hairdryer, broken drawers of the cabinets, very thin walls that you can hear noise from the other rooms. Unhealthy bread for breakfast, all sweets and whte bread no wheat bread. We have no control of the airconditioner, got so cold at night and very hot at 7 o’clock because they turned off the aircondition so early even if the weather is so hot. Never again….

Nothing!!! The property was in a horrible location, no taxis no buses!! The AC didnt work and they control it from the reception and turn it off in the middle of the night in summer time!!!! My family was sweating like crazy!! They had to move to another one of their hotels because of the AC but it was as awful as the first one. The ac worked at least but it was a terrible experience

They gave me a room just next to the reception and the noise was plainly unbareable. I had to use earplugs constantly and especially when I wanted to rest on the bed. Also, my room was not ready on time due to some problem with the pipes, so 10 min later the receptionist gave me the room next to it.

Mainly the location and the bed was quite comfortable.

Everything was amazing. The hotel stuff was so helpful and kind and because of them we could visit all of rome easily. The breakfast was really good for me. The metro station was 5 min by foot from hotel.

arrived to check in the reception the man at the front said he didn’t speak English and was rude to us then checked us in and began to speak English, the room smelt like smoke, the beds were uncomfortable, it was dirty, loud and the shower head fell off and hit my partner in the head
