Nothing all as described, re the deposit the host accepted our cash in UK pounds meaning we were not left with any Euros after the holiday. Great solution.

The host and staff were very welcoming and offered his Whatapp should we need anything. Worth noting this is his preferred method of communicating. The property is exactly as described by the owner. The property is an apartment where there are two rooms with private bathrooms and a shared kitchen. The bathroom and bedroom were very clean and well laid out. It’s very quiet due to the park being just outside. The location near to the Rail Terminal (10min walk) which made moving about by train, metro and bus, including the hop on hop off very easy. A lovely place to stay to visit Rome.

This was not just a room with bland furniture like one finds in chain hotels, but was essentially an apartment with lots of interesting elements. The kitchen was well appointed and there was a separate bathroom. The bedroom looked out on a park. Considering this is only a few blocks to Termini Train Station, it was amazingly quiet. We wish we could have stayed longer. Gianluca was really friendly and accommodated our need to catch an early train.

Host required a 100 euro cash deposit for a single night. In all my travels in Italy, I have never encountered this. And I was not aware of it ahead of time since it is not in the Property Policies section for the lodging in Booking, only under Important Information, which I have never once checked for any booking. Since I was leaving Italy the next morning early, this meant that I had to hang on to euros I would have sought to spend before leaving. It lent an unfriendly and untrusting feel to the place, reinforced by various other written rules posted around the apartment about not eating in the room, etc. In addition, the bottled water provided had both caps already loosened, giving the impression the water may just have been tap water. A little odd!

The look and feel of the property reminds of a typical luxurious classic roman domus, the beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and spacious. There is also a kitchen with everything you may need for your stay. The location is excellent with a 15 min wall from the main attractions. Gianluca is an excellent host and a splendid person and will help with anything. A special thanks to him.

Great location for us, very near the Termini (train station), and very near the metro also. Also very near plenty of restaurants and cafes and gelato shops... if you are into that sort of thing! ;-) Gianluca took care of us at every turn, providing lots of information and direct access to him via WhatsApp. He always responded within just a moment or two. Very conveniently located to the train station which made it very easy when getting into Rome after a long trip and also very easy to get back to the station to catch our train to the airport .. the host Gianluca was also very helpful and always made himself available for any of our needs .. we also found it very easy to get to all the main attractions. We like walking and all the main attractions was an easy 15 to 20 minute walk ..

The area around the hotel looked a little unsafe and there was a lot of dog feces on the street between Termini station and the hotel. The shower room seemed not very clean with a bit of mould on the shower hose.

Located near (about 5 min on foot) from Roma termini station. The apartment was built at late 19thcentury and you can experience like living in old-fashioned apartment. Owner is nice. He will give you a lot of information about good tools for sightseeing like apps, maps, recomendation for meals and so on.

As I said, it was hard to find, but mostly because we mistakenly assumed there would be a sign. Once we figured out we should look strictly for the house number we found it quickly. The part of town near the Termini is not good, but served our purposes well.

The property was hard to find, as we were looking for a sign, rather than simply the street address. However, once found, the property was charming and quite full of style and personality. Luca was welcoming and answered our every need. The room was even nicer than it appears in the photo, and we were charmed.

There is nothing I did not like. It was a charming stay!

This apartment offers a great central location and is near to everything! It is in a building that has a beautiful historic feel and a tasteful renovation. The furnishings are antique, blended with modern elements, which are great together. Our host Gianluca was waiting for us at our designated check-in and was cordial and accommodating. He provided resources for dining and transportation and even made a reservation for us at a nearby restaurant he recommended (It was Trattoria Monti Roma, and it was fantastic!). The layout of the bedroom with a private external bathroom worked out very well in this apartment. It was a unique b and b experience which has been well thought out by the host.

Large and spacious apartment less than 10 minute walk from Roma Termini train station. The hosts were very helpful and proactive with information about Rome and the stay. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. We stayed in the room with external bathroom and this was actually not too inconvenient.
